Stony Creek Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia
My bet on Saturday was $100 the win Race 3 No 2 Conquering Journey at $3.10. Very disappointing but he did over-race much of the race and why the jockey didn’t let him go I really don’t know. I also am starting to think that firm tracks are no good for him. Anyway, invested $1,200 for a $200 profit and here I have struggled to pick a bet. I am going with $50 the win on Race 2 No 1 Jump On The Jetty and Race 5 No 5 Niarchos.
Today I am going $100 the win on Race 3 No 5 Wet Weapon.
Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm
A very weak maiden to start the day. First starter No 10 Littlemissperfect I would expect to have some toe but further to around the mile will be better. No 1 Darabont not a bad run back from the spell.
Race 2 – 1100mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.36pm
No 1 Jump On The Jetty has run two good races to date. Looks hard to beat on this form. No 6 Great Dame is the only possible threat for me after a decent debut was spelled and returns here and should be better schooled. No 3 Network did trial twice about 7 months ago but didn’t do a lot. Keep an eye on markets.
Race 3 – 1100mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mare Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.12pm
If we didn’t have donkeys like these, we wouldn’t have country racing. A very average race and No 8 Skitter likes to run on the speed and with the runs under the belt could hang on here especially with the 3kg claim. No 13 Rich Russian just give a chance as first two starts on wet tracks not great. Returns here from the spell and should be better than what we have seen to date.
Race 4 – 2100mtrs 0 – 58 High-Weight Handicap – 02.48pm
I hate these “high-weight” handicaps and this is a very poor handicap race and if No 2 Well Spent doesn’t win this the one that does I couldn’t have picked as they are all mountain goats.
Race 5 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 03.25pm
Not an easy way to start the quadrella here. No 5 Niarchos I watched his debut run a few times and he only got going late in the run so looks like the extra distance will suit. No 1 Chappell has been so close to a win this preparation and again will be a big threat here. No 12 Teutonic Knights a multiples chance.
Race 6 – 1780mtrs 0 – 62 High-Weight Handicap – 04.00pm
Another of these stupid high-weight handicaps here. No 8 Rapid Thrill has been finding the line well last few starts. No 1 McLoaded if handles the weight a big threat for me. No 7 Kissy Lips has raced in a few picnic races carrying big weights and also won her only other high-weight race. Has runs back here and keep safe. No 2 A Roddick Moment for multiples.
Race 7 – 1100mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 04.40pm
Now this is a nice little handicap race. No 5 Arnoux forgive last start as they rode back and didn’t suit. Will push forward and lead here and take running down. No 6 In Gods Time up in class and down in weight and can run a handy race. No 4 Allicanbe back in this class respect. No 2 Piece Of The Sky has been unlucky with injuries the last few years. If she was 60% of her potential here she would be hard to beat.
Race 8 – 1000mtrs 0 – 58 Handicap – 05.20pm
No 2 No Treaty returns from a long spell and just watch markets as this is a weak race. Should speed across and lead or be close to it and get every chance. No 4 Pan Tas just forgive this horse and give a chance as if you go back to his debut run and win that was alright. No 3 Shadow In The Shy is another for me to just give a chance card to.

Caulfield Horse Racing Tips Saturday 7th January 2012 Victoria Australia

Caulfield Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia
My $100 in bet yesterday was Race 3 No 5 Wet Weapon $3.40 and saluted so now invested $1,100 for a clear profit of a huge $300 dollars. I was thinking of investing the $100 into a percentage of the quadrella here but decided against it and will go $100 the win Race 3 No 2 Conquering Journey $3.10 what I got on opening.
Race 1 – 1100mtrs 2yo Handicap – 12.50pm
All I can say is watch the markets carefully as there are some very nicely bred horses here and is going to be hard to pick a standout just on breeding. No 4 Ockham’s Razor $3.70 has been backed well on many bookies’ books. Mine had to wind him in pretty early after opening at $4.80 and I got on at $4. He could drift tomorrow but early money has been positive.
Race 2 – 1400mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 72 Handicap – 01.30pm
A good betting race here and No 2 Szewinska $4 has my early money. Sure there is a question on the 1400mtrs and is still a green horse but the claim is a good help and she will get better with racing. Back against her own sex and Ballarat win very solid. No 7 Total Attraction $7.50 is another Moody runner and on debut solid win coming home hard late. No 3 Gig $7.50 need to respect even though her last couple of runs not fantastic she is a nice horse. No 4 Eleve $3.90 both runs to date has impressed with a strong finish to her races and sure to be another hammering home hard.
Race 3 – 1600mtrs 0 – 89 Handicap – 02.10pm
Get on board No 2 Conquering Journey $2.60 I backed on opening markets and has two excellent runs back from the spell, stepping out to the mile and the claim all big bonuses and I heard the horse looks a treat. No 3 Agrippa $4.60 some think he can’t run the mile but I think he can. He is handy at the weights with the claim and a nice little break since his good last start win. No 5 Mayneda Strategy $7 I do think she will give this a good shot with the light weight but for me the pace will be a bit too hot.
Race 4 – 1100mtrs 3yo Handicap – 02.50pm
Another nice betting race here. No 9 Mister Milton $7 a big run back from the spell did surprise me. I can see him getting a gun run from this barrier. He can jump well and sit handy and the way he found the line first up a threat. No 1 Rescue Mission $5 with the claim is going to be right in this. Cannot fault form this preparation. No 5 Barbados $8.50 a Snowden runner brought across from Sydney and even though form not great it wouldn’t surprise me at all if he saluted. No 4 Sweet Music $7 I like Nikolic getting on top here.
Race 5 – 1200mtrs Handicap Doveton Stakes (Listed Race) – 03.30pm
No 1 First Command $3.60 has a big weight but he is ripped I was told and he does run really well after a freshen up and a big threat for sure. No 3 Cascabel $6.50 cannot fault last three runs. No 6 Cat’s Pyjamas $5.50 much better last start and will come across and lead and set a genuine pace. No 2 Stirling Grove $3.30 has been freshened and respect.
Race 6 – 1400mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 04.10pm
I don’t like this race but I rated only three chances but there were many question marks. No 14 Valedictorian $7.50 doesn’t have a great barrier but both runs this preparation have been much improved. He will need luck to get a good sit hopefully midfield to launch his attack down the straight. No 8 Ben Zena $3.90 two very good runs back from the spell. My worry is the barrier as he likes to sit handy to the speed and could get caught wide. If gets across into a good spot will be a big threat. No 10 Josimar $7 might still need another run but if right respect. No 5 Wealthy Lad $21 as a multiples injector.
Race 7 – 1200mtrs 4yo & up Mares 0 – 89 Handicap – 04.50pm
Another good betting race here. No 6 Charlottes Mint $9 will get back and the worry is there seems to be no genuine speed in the field. If they get to dawdle at the front she cannot win this but if a couple set a good pace a threat. No 5 Fabulist $7.50 has been racing well and another that will settle off the pace and come home hard. No 1 Avionics $8.50 is more than likely going to have to lead from this barrier and can do this and the claim a good help. If she leads will be a genuine pace race. No 11 Stardom $9 was doing best work too late last start.
Race 8 – 2000mtrs 0 – 95 Handicap – 5.30pm
I do think No 2 The Big Steel $2.60 is going to be hard to beat but think he is a little unders at the moment. Will led or sit right on the lead and take a lot to beat. No 10 Apres $6.50 is the horse I am looking at for value. I have watched all 4 of his runs this preparation and he is a big threat for me. Been racing well and hitting the line hard and very handy at the weights here. No 7 Token Of Honour $5.50 is light and will have to push up and lead and won’t give in easily. No 6 Port Vell $8 around this distance respect.

Seymour Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia
My bets yesterday were both disappointing being $50 the win Race 4 No 4 Sesenta and Race 5 No 5 Greenedge. So $100 invested for a $60 profit to date. I was going for a little value as I thought Flying Hostess $1.80 was going to be much shorter and I backed as soon as it hit $2. Then I backed Rifleman and watched him drift out to $3. I thought he would be evens at best. Dane Roly opened around what I thought $1.60 and when he went to $1.75 we all hit him and he came back in. Danzareel saluted later in the day to make 4 on top.
Today I am going $100 the win on Race 3 No 5 Wet Weapon.
Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Class 1 Handicap – 01.00pm
A small field but not an easy race. No 5 Rossa May a very good win second up from the spell. Didn’t get clear running until 150mtrs out and hit line well. No 4 Ervbefel has been a big disappointment to date for sure and although very average returning from the spell just give a chance. No 1 Bel Franc hasn’t been seen since his debut win way back in October 2010 so best to keep an eye on markets.
Race 2 – 1200mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm
A couple of nice bred horses here. No 4 Blue Lion I look forward to seeing but also as he steps out over more distance as well. No 9 Smooth Return no support on debut and she will be better for the run and just give a chance. Moody has No 2 Benleigh here and her last trial she looked okay and has been back in the paddock a while so keep an eye on markets.
Race 3 – 2000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm
No 5 Wet Weapon has really improved last couple of starts with the blinkers on. Keeps them on here and found line well last start. No 1 Al’s Choice is another that had blinkers for the first time last start and was much improved. This is a harder maiden race but respect. No 2 Full O Hope is one to give a chance card to.
Race 4 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm
A tricky maiden here. No 8 Polish Rose will be better for the debut run and not a lot of luck. Jumped poorly and settled back and then got caught on heels and tried for an inside run last 200mtrs and did make good ground. No 5 Folsom is one to keep an eye on the markets on. No 6 Limerick Beau three runs on wet tracks last preparation and his only dry start was not too bad. Returning and respect. No 11 Sea Chamer the blinkers made a big difference last start. A big turnaround and respect on that run.

Not a nice race to start the quadrella on. No 2 Straight Arrow returns from the spell. Last preparation two good runs in the countryside before going to Caulfield and putting in a shocker but there was a small go at odds that day. Respect on the other runs. Well bred and will have matured more. No 5 Keltoi I do expect a better horse returning here. Watching both his runs he looks a very nice horse and they have held off gelding him so respect. No 3 Almac and No 4 Here De Siren are horses just to give a chance to.
Race 6 – 1000mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 04.00pm
Nice little race this. No 4 Wordmaster is a very nice looking horse that just hasn’t shined yet. Forget first up run at MV as is much better than it looks on paper. No 6 Dooen even though two starts at this distance for not a place, I can see Yendall getting her across easily and will take some running down. No 1 Private Jeune is going to have to push forward and lead for me and will make it a genuine speed. No 2 Sherpa is right a threat.

Another hard race here. No 3 Heavenly Dawn has really improved this preparation and last two wins looked very strong. Last start I thought a much better win than it probably looks on paper. Sat midfield with cover early and started making good ground from the 700mtrs to the turn. Came 5 wide in the straight and really stretched out well to the line. No 4 Eclipse Rouge took 13 starts to break her maiden status but did it in the city and followed that up with another good run. No 5 My Green Acres you have to respect on three runs before last start. No 11 Sly Ruby comes into this handy at the weights and last two runs solid.

No 1 First Instinct came across from NZ and a couple of good run on the Sunshine Coast. Having first start in Victoria in a handy stable and this is not a strong field. The claim a big help and a threat for me. No 4 Ra Ikane will tear across if starts and lead them a long way but weight will be the threat. No 7 Kookaburras has been a disappointing horse for the breeding but now in new stable (brother) and give one more chance. No 11 Babel is another I think we have to just give a chance card to one more time.

No 1 First Instinct came across from NZ and a couple of good run on the Sunshine Coast. Having first start in Victoria in a handy stable and this is not a strong field. The claim a big help and a threat for me. No 4 Ra Ikane will tear across if starts and lead them a long way but weight will be the threat. No 7 Kookaburras has been a disappointing horse for the breeding but now in new stable (brother) and give one more chance. No 11 Babel is another I think we have to just give a chance card to one more time.
