Warrnambool Horse Racing Tips Monday 4th April 2010 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Warrnambool Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Jumps racing returns to the home of jumps racing being Warrnambool. I like to watch the races but hardly ever bet on them.

Race 1 – 3224mtrs Hurdle 3yo & up – 01.00pm

It is sad for me to see a horse like No 3 Gravitas (nom Wed) who was a $1,500,000 purchase back in 2007. But again it is good to see he is still racing. No 2 Chatillion was a $1,000,000 purchase and likewise never lived up to expected potential. No 4 Sarem cost $400,000 and also been a disappointment. Who will win this 4 horse race? Probably No 1 Cat’s Fun a $75,000 purchase that has over $800,000 in prize money. Last win was the Perth Cup in January 2008.

Race 2 – 3224mtrs Maiden Hurdle 3yo & up (set weights) – 01.35pm

No idea, watch markets but I would save my money if I was you.

Race 3 – 1000mtrs 2yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

Have to watch markets here on the first starters, any good money moves you have to go with them. I have tried to get an early market for No 7 Letter From France (nom Wed) but no takers, this horse watching her trials and race run is a bit like her dad, Exceed and Excel. If you remember him he was a great front running sprinter. Letter From France on debut over-raced a bit, was a little too keen and may have been a little underdone. I am watching her with interest. No 4 Ogunde won his trial on a heavy track and his dad a handy sprinter. Other horses that I think should sprint well No 6, No 8 and No 9. These horses I think will be better over more distance No 1, No 2, No 5 and No 10.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 2yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.46pm

No 3 Lean On My Fence
looked better suited stepping out to the 1400mtrs last start, last two starts has been unlucky in his runs. He looks the best horse to me on form. No 6 Tont came back from his spell with a better performance. Did work early and sat wide all the way, fought hard right to the line. No 12 Forever Here scratched from Ballarat yesterday, has drawn badly but is a nice looking horse and if she gets across and cover will be running on hard. No 4 Pursuit of Glory track and distance goes well, raced wide last start so give a chance. Watch markets on first starter No 1 Crystal Playboy as would not surprise me if he sprints well; dad was handy around 1400mtrs as a 3yo.

Race 5 – 1400mtrs 0 -89 Handicap – 03.22pm

No 8 Desatin (nom Wed)
if starts will be hard to beat for me. The Moonee Valley run was terrible and forget, never got into the race before that was very good form finding the line really well in her other three runs. No 1 Starkron returned from a 629 day spell with an average run at the Valley. If he is right you have to respect. No 5 Backwhereibelong will be better stepping up in distance and also will be fitter here. No 2 Hexy Legs returns to Victoria from Tasmania where his form was good.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 03.58pm

No 3 Broms Express
has two good runs this preparation, last start at Hamilton could have won but just missed out. No 4 Conscribe is first up from the spell and goes well fresh. No 1 Boydari will be better for the first up run. No 7 Swanz drops back to 1200mtrs and is racing well.

Race 7 – 1700mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.38pm

No 1 Our Shanagolden
came back from a 5 week freshen up and won well, came from well back and a chance again on that run despite the weight. No 4 Leaping Leroy has hardly put a foot wrong since November 2010, respect. No 13 Jalouse (nom Wed) since her good first up run at Ballarat has been scratched three times, watch markets as not such a bad horse. No 12 Ingalla Angel last start not flash but before that very good, good trainer and keep safe.
