Bendigo Horse Racing Tips Thursday 11th November 2010
Racing on a dead 4 track currently with fine weather forecast. I will try and offer you some winners for the day.
Race 1 – 1600mtrs Maiden Plate – 01.00pm – This is an average race and I will do my best here. You have to be wary of Williams and Hickmott with No 2 Excluded (nominated Sunday / Monday), was very green in his first run and will be much better for that run and bred to go further. No 10 Belaura has two runs under her belt and last start ran a very good race. Ran on well late and breeding should like the distance. No 7 Soliciting has 8 starts and not broken through yet, but has been around the mark this preparation. No 5 Oneman Wolfpack was backed in last start and rallied along the rail well.
Race 2 - 1600mtrs Maiden Plate – 01.00pm – A hard race as well, No 6 Heidilicious (Nominated Saturday Sandow) is well bred, out of a good stable and has a very good jockey in Oliver aboard. Came from 13th at the 400mtr mark to run home well. No 1 Barada, if you watch her last race, she ran really well as was very green in the running and laid in a few times making the jockey stop riding to steady. Found the line very well. No 7 Initial Response wasn’t such a bad run last start as was held up till the 200mtr mark. No 9 She’s Ayce out of a very good stable and must respect in this weak race.
Race 3 - 1400mtrs Maiden Plate – 02.10pm – No 2 Hendry returned from the spell with a good run and a big chance to break his duck here. No 7 Here To Rock will go well fresh and is going to be better for her first preparation. No 3 Longwood Jack didn’t go so well on the heavy track last start, and first up at Geelong was taken off the track in the straight. Is sure to be around the mark here. No 4 Marley (nominated Sunday / Monday) is well bred and good stable, and will get better with racing.
Race 4 - 1000mtrs Maiden Plate – 02.45pm – A hard race as a few first starters with good breeding so watch markets closely. No 4 Lorbri should have speed on breeding and us unseen to now. No 7 Moshe also breed to sprint. No 10 Wasting Time also breeding for speed. Of the raced lot No 5 Orinoco has had a change of stables and a god jockey on board.
Race 5 – 1100mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 03.20pm – No 4 Euge is in solid form running well and will be hard to beat. No 5 Verdasco is first up and a record of 2 starts for a win and a second, and 1 for 1for the distance. No 2 Principia led a long way last start before weakening late. No 1 Pimpernel also goes well first up and 1 for 1 at the distance.
Race 6 - 1300mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 03.57pm – No 8 Fariz is in good form and last start had to work hard from a wide barrier to lead and dictate the race. Was only run down late and fought very hard. No 13 Airways ran a good race first up and has a good record 2nd up as well. No 4 Dazza has two solid runs under his belt this preparation for a win and a 2nd and has been freshened. No 9 Our Inheritance is another horse running well at the moment.
Race 7 - 1500mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.37pm – I am being very polite when I say these are average. No 8 Hurricane Jack returned after a long break with a pretty good run and the extra metres will suit and fitness will be much better here. No 15 Sir Cohen can finish races off well and a good chance of running these down late. No 7 Armani Black is running in good form and has a good jockey on board. No 13 History Suggests has run against some much better horses than going around here and not too far off the mark.
Race 8 - 2400mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 05.17pm – No 15 Haumea will get this distance and was supported last start late in the markets, looked a little underdone last start and laid in down the straight. Here sure to be fitter and her run in a Listed and Group 3 race were good last preparation. No 12 Bruno is in an excellent country stable and running well and must respect. No 4 Echelon is a Galileo and has been around the mark these runs this preparation before a big win last start. No 1 Star of Jeune didn’t have a lot of luck last start and can forgive this run, has been around in much harder races before.

Seymour Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia Wednesday 10th November 2010
We are racing at Seymour on a dead 4 but could be in for an upgrade.
Race 1 – 1600mtrs Maiden Plate – 01.00pm – There are some average horses in here but also a few interesting ones as well. No 5 September Morn (nominated Sunday / Monday) an international was purchased by Lloyd Williams and added to his stable. Is out of Montjeu who was very smart and if you look at his 5 runs to date have been around the mark in harder races. No 6 Sweeneys Lane fought really hard against Kookaburras, looked gone under pressure the turn but fought hard to the line, better for that run. No 9 My Sydney Rose the Zabeel filly will get better with racing and fitness.
Race 2 – 1300mtrs Maiden Plate – 01.35pm – No 3 Diary is well bred, out of Octagonal and his mum Milk was an okay galloper but she was out of Strategic who we know was pretty handy. I am really looking forward to his debut run. No 9 Pandaconi ran a decent first up race, was away badly before working home well to the line, extra metres will suit. No 6 Sophie’s Tryst (nominated Sunday) is out of Zabeel and has ran a trial over 1200mtrs, wasn’t anything special No 2 Vada Rosso is a chance at multiples.
Race 3 – 1000mtrs Maiden Plate – 02.10pm – This is a hard race and watch markets, No 2 Bendigo Belle didn’t run a great race last start but flew home to just go down, was backed in the markets and if wasn’t held up and weaving through field would have won. No 3 Explosive Star (nominated Friday / Sunday) is bred well but will probably like longer, at least 1200mtrs, so maybe doing best work late. No 11 Sonetto could be smart first up as her dad Niello sprinted well early in career. No 12 Sponsored (nominated Friday / Saturday) could also be smart from breeding. No 4 Fierce Rival won a 1000mtr trial in average time and be better over more distance I think.
Race 4 – 1000mtrs 0 – 78 handicap – 02.45pm – This is an average race at best. No 2 Kariba Kariba over the distance and first up reasonable. No 1 Sipowicz the old fella has been in much harder races than this and been close to half decent horses, last start not a lot of luck after good run, held up and checked then solid to the lion late. No 3 Formalite I would prefer over more ground but will be running on late.
Race 5 – 2000mtrs Maiden Plate– 03.20pm – No 9 Olimpica (nominated Sunday / Monday) is very good trainer Patrick Payne stable and out of Galileo was doing best work late last start and here this distance sure to suit. No 3 Joyboy has 4 runs this preparation under the belt will go much better in this going and Ledger a solid trainer. No 4 Zip Ole did plenty wrong last start, pulled early in the race and then got held up to the turn, but worked home very well from the 200mtr mark. No 6 Keepthefaithson worked home okay last start and a chance in multiples.
Race 6 – 2000mtrs 0 – 78 handicap – 04.00pm – No 9 Third Day is a lightly raced Zabeel mare, has came back from the spell looking good with 3 good runs, last start win ran a good race and pulled away solidly on the line. No 14 Our Serena (Nominated Friday) is going to be much fitter here and last start flew home to just go down. Is strong over this distance and if you look at his runs last preparation. No 1 Testatiga is running very well and will be in this a long way for sure. No 13 Amherst was scratched out of a much harder race at Flemington on the 4th for this but this could be a little to far.
Race 7 – 1300mtrs 0 – 62 handicap – 04.40pm – No 9 Mary Queenofshots forget last start as was a very hard run and can forgive. Is running well and finding the line well with no luck and here a good chance to break through. No 5 Here’s To Bobby two good runs this preparation and is an honest horse that will fight all the way. No 1 Cristis Gold came back from a long break of 715 days to run a good race before just being run down, last start was a little green and laid out in the straight under pressure but give another chance.
Race 8 – 1600mtrs 0 – 68 handicap – 05.20pm – No 8 Irish Golfer went into my blackbook after his last win and he is again a big chance in this race. It was a very strong front running win. No 13 Unctuous from Snowden returned after 80 days with a solid win hitting the line hard to just get there. Is out of Viscount so this distance should be perfect. No 2 Devil Rider doesn’t have a good 2nd up record but a good rider and gets better with distance. No 4 Lucky Eighty Eight fought very hard last start and was over run late, will be better and fitter here.

Flemington Emirates Stakes Day Horse Racing Tips Saturday 6th November 2010
The track is a dead 4 and the weather fine and on Saturday cloudy so it should improve a little more. The rail is 9mtrs out the entire circuit. Let’s see if we can pick some winners.
Race 1 - $150,000 Hong Kong Jockey Club Maribyrnong Plate (GROUP 3) 1000mtrs – 11.10am
No 1 Masthead $3.80 is out of Written Tycoon who wasn’t a bad sprinter, was 2nd in the San Dominico Stakes behind Media and beating Snitzel into 2nd. First up run was very good as a few things went wrong in the run. No 3 Aashiq $6.50 looked like he needed that run and will be much better for it, once settled ran a good race and was held up late not being able to get clear near the line. No 12 Whitlam $9 from Snowden won its trial and it isn’t often they take their young horses straight to town. Watch markets closely. No 14 Eramor $5 won well first up and is out of Golden Slipper winner Stratum so respect. Watch the markets on No 8 Lieutenant Colonel $15 from Tinkler’s camp.
Race 2 - $100,000 Masterfoods Condiments Plate 1600mtrs – 11.50am
No 8 Launay $4 (If starts) won on Tuesday well, is a big chance going on her win and must respect. No 4 Eraset $4.40 won the Sale Cup strongly, does go back up in weight here but form is very solid. No 13 Willy Jimmy $7.50 ran a very good race first up in Victoria, has had time to train on and will be a chance. No 15 Ruadhan $8 could have easily won his last race with more luck, was away slowly then held up until 50mtrs out and really found the line.
Race 3 - $100,000 7mate Handicap 2000mtrs – 12.35pm
No 6 I’m Imposing $3.10, both his runs have been very good since coming across from Britain. A good win at Caulfield then a good run against Macedonian just tiring a little late. No 5 Laristan $5 comes across from France into Hayes stable is smart first up winning over 1900mtrs before. No 3 Red Colossus $2.90 was just over 6 lengths off So You Think in the Mackinnon, drops 3kgs and will be right in this. No 1 Playwright $9 has a good record at the distance and track and is in good form.
Race 4 - $150,000 Hilton Hotels Stakes (LISTED) 1400mtrs – 01.20pm
No 4 Bigelow $4.60 won well at Moonee Valley last start, is out of Al Maher so this distance not a problem. Has finished races off well and a good chance here. No 1 Territory $3.50 is up in weight but is pretty smart and will give this a shake. No 5 Chasse $9 will need to step up here but breeding suggests he can run faster than he has to date. No 10 Toolbag $15 is really well bred and I think will improve a lot on the better track. First race found the line well before falling on a heavy Caulfield track. For multiples keep No 2 That’s Not It $4 safe. P.S I had in my blackbook No 11 Handsome Hero $19 as I really liked his last start. I will have something each way on him but is way up in class here.
Race 5 - $750,000 Patinack Farm Classic (GROUP 1) 1200mtrs – 02.05pm
I have been waiting for this match up for a long time. Black Caviar against Hay List and sadly the very talented Star Witness just gets a mention. No 6 Black Caviar $1.60 (I backed at $1.80, opened and then moved in after 5 minutes.) This horse is special and if you watch all of her runs as I have this week you see how special she is. No 2 Hay List $3.20 will go head to head with Black Caviar for sure and I do hope it is a great battle but the form to me is all for Black Caviar. No 7 Star Witness $10 returned to form in the Coolmore Stud Stakes, won in good time, drops weight and will be tempting to punters. No 5 Ortensia $21 first up will be running home hard and for first 4.
Race 6 - $1,000,000 Emirates Stakes (GROUP 1) 1600mtrs – 02.55pm
This is a really hard race with many genuine chances as you can see in the betting at $6.50 the field. No 1 Black Piranha $12 I think is excellent value, you look at his last 5 runs and they have all been around the mark against smart horses. No 9 Drumbeats $8.50 is 5 runs back this preparation and his Crystal Mile run I really liked. This horse came from barrier 20 in the Doncaster to finish 4th just off Rangirangdoo. No 3 Wall Street $6.50 ran a solid Cox Plate run, first start in Australia was a hard race and will only have improved. No 4 Captain Sonador $12 back in distance and better suited over the 1600mtrs and I think will run a good race. Also No 8 Trusting $11 for the multiples.
Race 7 - $300,000 Matriarch Stakes (GROUP 2) 2000mtrs – 03.40pm
No 16 River Bypass $21 is really running well, drops plenty of weight and I think an excellent value bet. No 1 Purple $4.60 doesn’t have the best barrier, is so consistent and will run ahuge race. No 7 Moment in Time $7 came home well late last start, didn’t have an easy run but wound up well. No 9 Delta Gee $12 was much better last start, back to the form she showed in Belmont. Put No 2 Lady Lynette $8.50 for multiples.
Race 8 - $250,000 Queen's Cup (GROUP 3) 2600mtrs – 04.25pm
No 11 Exceptionally $6.50 has drawn wide and will need a little luck to tuck in one off the rail handy, I have had this horse in my blackbook for a few runs now and just been coming up short but really finding the line well. No 4 Eastern Africa $8.50 first start on Australian soil, out of the very strong Godolphin stable and has some very good form back home so watch markets. No 1 Drunken Sailor $10 is another international horse with good form back home, his Geelong Cup run wasn’t so bad and will be better for it. Go wide in the multiples with No 7 Moudre $3.50 and No 12 Mr. Charlie $9.
Race 9 - $125,000 Emirates Airline Handicap 1400mtrs – 05.10pm
No 3 We’re Gonna Rock $2.25 has been racing in much harder races. His run in the Toorak was very good, was held up before finding the line well, then last start was taken out about 100mtrs out and lost all momentum. Is racing well and will be very hard to beat. No 2 Berringama $6.50 from Brian Cox will again give his all and run a heck of a race. No 7 Okay Oky $11 has been running good races, Symons is a good jockey and will give a good run. No 12 Lady Gaga $9.50 won well first up from her spell and ran away from them so the extra metres look to suit.
It is a very hard quadrella for me. I am looking at:
For value: 1,3,4,9 / 1,7,16 / 1,4,11 / 2,3 at a cost of $72
Or
1,3,4,8,9 / 1,2,7,9,16 / 1,3,4,11,12 / 2,3,7,12 at a cost of $500
