Geelong Synthetic Horse Racing Tips Wednesday 1st June 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Geelong Synthetic Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 2yo Fillies Maiden Plate (Set weights) – 12.00pm

The young 2yo girls go around here. I look forward to seeing No 7 Pimento return from her spell as she did lead Sepoy a long way her first race run and only finished 1.6 lengths away. She did look nice and should be better for her first preparation. First starter No 6 Pass The Baton was a $200,000 purchase and is well bred, should sprint well fresh so watch markets closely. No 5 Miss Mazzeo is another first starter that is bred well, should also sprint well on breeding. No 3 Joyeux forget her last start, she is better than that run and was just a little outclassed, she did run some nice races her first preparation. No 8 Unruly Princess from the Kent stable, watch markets and respect the stable if any money moves. No 2 Grassy the other first starter I will be watching when steps up further in distance, over at least 1200 to 1400mtrs.

Race 2 – 1900mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (Set weights) – 12.35pm

No 1 Arms Deal
will kill this, as simple as that. My bookie offered me stupidly short odds here so will have to wait for markets to open but I expect him to be short. No 7 Lady of the Garter last start forgive as got herself cast in the gates last start and never got going in the race. For multiples No 8 Sweet Disposition (nom Sat). I will be having an exacta with the 1 into the 7.

Race 3 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) Handicap – 01.10pm

No 5 Harland (nom Fri)
a good chance here to break through for a win. Ran on the pace a long way first up before being run over. Was a little green looking at the video first up so should be fitter here. No 7 Rattle My Cage (nom Fri, Sat) lead till about 75mtrs out last start, on that run should be around the finish. No 4 Guru Bay (nom Fri) I like the breeding but he could want a little further but watch markets.

Race 4 – 1300mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 82 Handicap – 01.45pm

No 1 Reverberates (nom Sat)
drops back in class here, needed that first up run for sure and should be better here. No 6 Halo Miss Maher (nom Sat) will settle back I would say and can finish her races off well. No 9 Holy Brom should have three wins in a row to her name. She does look a nice horse but this is a harder race but is nice at this weight. No 8 Tottenham Girl I don’t think will start here but if she does respect.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs Class 1 Handicap – 02.20pm

No 2 White Universe (nom Fri)
returns from a spell and I look forward to seeing him return here, I am sure Moody will have him ready to go. No 4 Sidecar (nom Fri) is another Moody runner, also returns from the spell and if starts another to keep safe. No 9 Sidecar has been in work a while and is first up here and should be forward. No 5 Zachary Quack (nom Fri) a good win first up from the spell.

Race 6 – 1300mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 72 Handicap – 02.55pm

No 4 Elsewhere
returned with a nice run back from the spell, will have trained on and want this or further for sure. No 9 Tuscaloosa (nom Fri, Sat) an impressive win back from the spell, was well supported in the markets. No 7 Attivita (nom Fri) returned from the spell with a run to forget, didn’t handle the conditions looking at the tape and also lost a plate. I liked her Caulfield start last preparation, a good run. No 2 Ohmygod is racing well and will probably set the speed here, if can get an easy pace could be hard to run down.

Race 7 – 2000mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 03.30pm

No 5 Institute (nom Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) as always with Hickmott’s horses it is nominated many times over the coming days, if starts the one to beat for sure going on first start win. No 7 Prinsen (nom Fri) has stepped up well in distance each start this preparation, the weight drop with the class rise will help. No 1 Savaging I expect a much better horse here. No 4 Hennessy Rhythm (nom Fri) goes well on the synthetic .

Race 8 - 1100mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 04.10pm

No 2 Cavendish
has caught my eye with his last start run, was really hammering late and if runs like this again hard to beat. No 10 Bel Rhythm (nom Fri) has been freshened and really likes this track. No 11 Act Of Faith (nom Fri, Sat, Sun) would not surprise me to see her run a much better race. No 13 Smoking Aces (nom Sun) is an emergency but if starts have to respect.

Caulfield Horse Racing Wrap Up Saturday 28th May 2011 Victoria Australia

Caulfield wrap up.

Well it turned out to be another good day on the punt following on from Thursday at Sale. Caulfield has been kind to me.

In the Race 1 I had said I had already backed No 7 Limerock at much better odds than the $6.50 that were on offer. I had spoken to a good friend and he told me the horse had looked great through the week and that was enough for me. I has $5k eachway at $8 when markets first opened and should have backed outright, but never mind. It was a beautiful ride by the young apprentice. A commission to my mate makes him happy and me to.

Race 2 over night Tactless had been backed well in some markets, some very decent bets were placed. I waited on the Snowden runner and he opened at $6.50 and got out to $9. I thought people had got it wrong and then late was backed into $7.50. It was smart money, and strong support but I stupidly didn't get on the train. My mate did at the track and made a nice earner indeed.

In race 5 I said to watch the markets for support on Beyond Pardon and there was none. My mate at the track said the horse looked good but there was just no money coming for him. He opened $4.60 and then drifted to $6. I stayed off him and went for my second Secret Flyer as he looked excellent. I had him at $6 and the tote paid $6.80 but cannot complain. Secret Flyer flew home out wide and the 3kg claim was a big help.

Race 6 Shadowfax was a certainty for me. I had 10K earlier in the week at $1.85 and those odds were long gone. I invested another 10K at $1.70 and this was another nice return.

Race 7 with Tinamou scratched, it threw the race open for me. I had $3k on Streaky Fella but he ran third.

The last race 8, The first call Mid Summer Music stayed at $3 and the other horse I was worried about drifted About Ready from $4 to $5.50. That was good enough for me and I back Mid Summer Music at $3 for $5k. I said she had drawn wide but would probably not matter late in the day and horses had been making good ground. Lane pulled her wide in the straight and she motored home with the 3kg claim on her back.

The quadrella was fairly easy today, I had;

The first leg Secret Flyer, Basil Da Man and Beyond Pardon.

The second leg was the banker Shadowfax alone.

Third leg I had eight horses, I took 3,4,5,6,8,9,11,12. This was the hardest and most open leg for me and it proved this as well. Gallant Lady led the whole way, a great ride and Galileo bred so no surprise it ran this out and won at nice odds.

The last leg I had Mid Summer Music and About Ready.

1,4,5 / 2 / 3,4,5,6,8,9,11,12 / 1,4 at a cost of $48 for a full unit. I had it ten times and it paid a nice $740.

Hope that you had a good day as well. Tomorrow the racing is at Cranbourne on a heavy and Casterton on a dead track. I have four horses I am interested in but the fields are big so will be waiting to see how the day is unfolding.

Caulfield Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Keep an eye on the weather and if any track bias comes into the day. I have already backed 6 horses tomorrow. A few short ones but also a couple at juicy odds, so I am hoping for a good day.

Race 1 - 1440mtrs 3yo Handicap – 11.50am

No 7 Limerock $6.50 (nom Wed)
I have backed at much nicer adds than these. I have heard some good things about her this week and the weight drop into open company and the 3kg claim makes her very light. No 8 Arinosa $6.50 is over the odds for me, she is racing well and light with the claim. Last start was a good run as she was wide the whole trip. No 1 Population $4 has the top weight and been going alright in decent races. Is the best horse class wise here. No 6 Jake Boy $4 is another racing well in easier races, this is harder but drops weight.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo Fillies Handicap – 12.25pm

This is a two horse race for me. No 4 Volando $3.50 looks the goods for me, No 1 Annlea $4 these two met here back on the 30th and Volando was a little unlucky there. Is 2kgs better here and big chance for two in a row. No 7 Tactless $6.50 returns after 4 runs in NSW, is not a bad horse and looked good last start. No 8 Confederate Rose $13 could add some nice values to multiples, a huge class rise from the maiden last start.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 2yo Handicap – 01.00pm

This is a hard race. Have to watch markets for money moves as there are some nicely bred first starters and lightly raced horses here. No 8 Zephyron $7 a $2 million dollar purchase will be better for his only start. No 2 Aberrant $11 another returning from a spell, sure to be a little bigger and better for those first runs.

Race 4 – 1000mtrs 3yo Handicap – 01.35pm

No 12 Dubawi Gold $7 (nom Wed
) with the 3kg claim and returning from the spell all look good to me. This race doesn’t look strong. No 9 Marmaa $18 won on debut but since then has not been past the post first. If things go right here could surprise at decent odds. No 10 Breitling $6 second up here and will be fitter and better. No 1 General Truce $ 8.50 the 3kg claim helps and is the class horse.

Race 5 – 1000mtrs Handicap - 02.10pm

No 5 Beyond Pardon $4.60
much improved last start after a pathetic effort at Warrnambool, was supported well last start from $7.50 into $5, keep an eye on the markets. No 1 Secret Flyer $8 has been freshened and the 3kg claim is a nice help. No 4 Basil Da Man $3.80 I am not sure if will start if the track is too soft, if the track is the better side of slow maybe. No 9 Broken $13 for multiples.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs Handicap – 02.50pm

No 2 Shadowfax $1.80 (special)
is short but deserves to be. I have already backed and could only get $1.85 @ 10k, the bookies are being very cautious. No 3 Believe N Achieve $7 will find this a bit easier than what she has been running in of late. No 8 Titus Vinius $19 is very hit and miss, if he is right could be in multiples. No 1 Jungle Ruler $16 will run his heart out as always.

Race 7 – 2406mtrs Handicap – 03.30pm

No 2 Tinamou $3
has drawn wide but the rain affected going will make it very hard to beat him here. No 8 Streaky Fella $7.50 is racing well and the likes the wet. No 3 Boom N Zoom $5.50 has never been on affected going, watch markets for support. No 1 Banana Man $21 has two runs back from a long 107 week spell. He was a nice horse.

Race 8 – 1100mtrs 4yo & up Mares Handicap – 04.10pm

This is another two horse race for me. No 4 Mid Summer Music $3.40 has drawn wide, but this might not be such a bad thing this late in the day, and how the track might be playing. First up and wet all bonuses here and I have been whispered some good things saying she looks great. No 1 About Ready $4.80 is first up from the spell, has a good trial under the belt and sure to be forward here. For multiples No 3 Avionics $9 and No 2 rue Maple $7.50.
