Moonee Valley Racing Tips 14th of June 2010, Victoria Australia.

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form. I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners.

I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings.

I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives.

Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

A slow track with chances of showers for the Queen’s birthday holiday.

Moonee Valley Races 14th June 2010
Race 1 – 12.40pm – Plenty of first starters so watch markets closely. No 12 Ruby Royal will be very light with the 3kg claim and has two good runs this preparation. No 6 Sing or Swim has two runs as well and last start just tired late but fought hard. No 8 Sassaro won a trial and has Newitt onboard. No 7 Many Facets was scratched on Saturday at Flemington to run here. A big watch on No 4 Wild Turkey from Mark Kavanagh.

Race 2 – 1.10pm – No 1 Believe N Achieve (special) is in good form and won very impressively last start even though this was in a Fillies race and this is open handicap I believe she can do it again the way she won.. A small rise in weight will be no problem. No 6 Belgietto had two very good first up runs before last start which you can forget. Jumped badly and made heavt contact with another horse then tacked on last but never got going. No 3 Stoneblack from Robert Smerdon was scratched Saturday at Flemington for this race. Any scratchings add in No 2 Bombay Sling for multiples.

Race 3 – 1.40pm - I am going way down to No 11 Glancing who has shown some good things in her first two runs. Her maiden run she got caught behind slow runners after she worked home well and last start also gave a good fight fading at the end. It is a long way from a maiden to handicap but she might surprise at this weight. No 4 Doubt She’s Single two good runs with a win and a third before being spelled. Back after 121 days and will sure to be right in this. No 1 Rue Maple forget her first up run as was slow away and wide and faded in the straight. Last preparation ran good races over the 1000mtrs and on the wet. No 3 Better Be The One is also one to watch as ran against smart horses last preparation and not too far away.

Race 4 – 2.10pm – No 2 Come On Cugat will be much better with Zahara back on board. He will give a nice settled ride from the wide barrier and work through the field patiently for a final go at these. No 7 Costalots last start was over raced in the first part of the race as caught wide trying to cross for the lead and the apprentice pushed on. Form before this was good and with Newitt on board a better choice. No 3 Titch has shown some form in his two runs in Australia, I prefer Noonan the apprentice over Michelle Payne and his 3kg claim makes him very light at 50kgs. No 4 Mr Riggs is sure to be there with Boss on board.

Race 5 – 2.40pm – No 1 Clandon (eachway) was scratched on Saturday at Flemington and is also nominated Thursday at Seymour. She won some good races over 1400 and 1600mtrs last preparation and will be better for the 3kg claim. No 6 Miss Lily Rose was scratched midweek at Sandow, ran a good first race as blew the start before knuckling down and working home well. No 4 Pink Shimmer is racing well and ran a good race last start after being well back.

Race 6 – 3.10pm – No 7 Our Baby Bonus (special) has been a winner for me 4 times I cannot see this stopping even though there are some smart sprinters here. So far she has ticked all boxes and comes from barrier 5 again and drops 5kgs with the claim as well and sure to dictate the race being this light. No 8 Royal Charades will be coming home hard like always, tends to get back and always hits the line hard. No 10 Galbraith will lead, it will fight for the lead from barrier 12 and then hope to hand on. Is light only 50kgs with the claim.

Race 7 – 3.40pm – No 7 Testaguy was scratched on Saturday at Flemington and is also nominated Thursday at Seymour. Is better than last start and forget that run. No 9 Star Pirate a good win last start, good record for distance and wet track and has Boss on board. No 15 Spontaneous is an emergency but if gets a start watch. Ran 4th to Star Pirate but was a really hard run, settled way back, was held up and lost a plate in the run. Will be better from barrier 5 here. No 5 lake Crescent is an interesting runner from Tasmania who won well on debut at Sandow. Has never raced beyond 1400mtrs and breeding suggests this trip is too far and willing to risk.

Race 8 – 4.10pm – No 4 Altitude looked good winning last two starts and with the claim of 3kgs is still light. No 10 Bubble Below ran an excellent race last start after walking out the gates, came home very well to just miss out. No 2 Princess Gisella had a terrible run last start, bumped at the start and unbalanced got stuck on the rails and never got going. She is a much better horse than this run. No 3 Elumino for multiples as Moody is always a threat and this horse wasn’t too far away last start.

Quadrella numbers - 1,4 / 7 / 7,9 / 2,3,4,10 cost $16
