Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia 22nd October 2015

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Race 1 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies and Mares Maiden Plate – 01:10pm

No 12 Syrahbeel $4.40 much better 2nd up, still did a bit wrong and sure to be a threat here. No 5 Trippin Away $13 will be better for her last run, will strip fitter and hitting the line late. No 9 Holy Lula $11 drawn a little wide but if can slide across and get some cover will be hard to hold out. No 11 Sweven $2.90 returned with a solid run from the spell hitting the line well.

Race 2 – 1000mtrs 3yo Fillies Maiden Plate – 01:45pm

A very hard maiden race here and I will be watching markets closely. No 7 Minetti $3..80 disappointed first up at a very short price but forgive as his first race run was solid in the city and sure to strip fitter here. No 2 Bella Orfana $8 another on debut showed promise before returning and disappointed. Comes back from a long spell so watch markets. No 12 Rudy’s Friend $4.80 has had two trial runs and watching them she looks like she could give this a shake. No 4 Divine Stryke $15 is another that showed promise on debut before failing 2nd up. Comes back from the spell and sure to be better schooled.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies and Mares Maiden Plate – 02:20pm

This is a very hard race and markets will be a good guide. No 11 Indarra $2.80 on debut in a much harder race and wasn’t disgraced. This easier returning from the spell. No 6 Sunset Glory $10 both runs not too bad to date and last start got caught wide but fought hard. If can jump well from the barrier should be in this a long way. Watch the markets closely of the first starters.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 3yo Fillies Maiden Plate – 02:55pm

Another hard maiden race here. No 11 Quilate $8.50 if she can jump and settle more on the speed from the good barrier, going on her last run will be a big threat here. No 14 Sallanches $4.60 will get the lead easily here from this barrier and not a lot to pressure her I think. She could take some running down in front. No 16 Splash of Crystal $15 has been disappointing but from the inside barrier if can put it all together she could surprise. No 1 Dagny $3.20 just the barrier that is the worry with plenty of speed under her will be hard to slot in somewhere. If she can get across and in a nice spot the one to beat.

Race 5 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies and Mares 0 – 78Hcp – 03:30pm

A tricky little race here. I am leaning towards No 4 Chloe Anna $7 rises in class but drops 2kgs and was working to the line well late last start. No 6 Tee N Tee $3.60 is a big danger from the same stable goes well on the firmer track and never really got clear running last start from the turn to the post. No 5 Cathy's Mark $3.60 drops back from a group 2 race where she wasn’t disgraced. No 7 Annesbrook $51 could really throw some value into the multiples. With the claim is light and hit line well last start.

Race 6 – 2000mtrs 3yo & up Fillies and Mares 0 – 64Hcp – 04:10pm

I can see No 5 Ritzy $3.50 and No 8 Miss Wilson $2.30 fighting this out. Ritzy will have to adapt to the other way of going but must respect on NSW form. Miss Wilson a former NZ horse made an impressive debut winning easily and still had plenty in the tank. For multiples No 4 Lomasu $15 is racing well, No 2 Hospeda $6.50 the weight is a worry but looks to be improving each run. One that could be at odds is No 9 Moralto $34 as he will probably go back to last and if they go a little too hard up front expect him to come home well.

Race 7 – 1100mtrs 3yo & up Fillies and Mares 0 – 64Hcp – 04:50pm

I am willing to risk the very short favourite here No 6 Estaminet $1.90 with the barrier and there is a little speed under her she could get caught a little wide and use a bit too much gas. No 2 Honfleurs $15 watching her last preparation runs she is not that bad a horse and comes back here better schooled and a trial under her belt. No 1 Zambezi Diamond $8 although the big weight must respect back in this class. No 9 Marquise Da Rossa $15 debut run was good before finding some wet tracks. Returns here with a trial under the belt and another with a chance.

Race 8 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Fillies and Mares 0 – 64Hcp – 05:30pm

A hard race to end the day. No 11 Star Circle a good maiden win last start, this is harder but must respect. No 1 Zamperini gets help with the 3kg claim. Will appreciate the extra distance here too. No 16 Guilty As Sin has drawn well and a good maiden win last start but this is harder and will need a smart ride from top jockey Oliver here and could salute.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

My bets yesterday were both disappointing being $50 the win Race 5 No 2 Hamel and Race 6 No 5 Al Jandar. So $900 invested for a $160 profit to date. I was surprised that Glows was better than even money. I was sure was going to be in the red.

Today I am splitting the $100 with $50 the win Race 4 No 4 Sesenta and Race 5 No 5 Greenedge.

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 2yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm

If one of these two don’t win I am giving up the punt. No 2 Flying Hostess a good run on debut as she looked off the bit and not comfortable early. Looked best last 100mtrs and should take a lot out of the run. No 3 Love Or Liberty also a good debut and another that should be much better for the run. Of the unraced lot No 1 Chasing Kisses on breeding could sprint alright as both mum and dad were handy.

Race 2 – 1000mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 03.20pm

Another small field and only two take my interest for the win and that is No 3 Rifleman who didn’t have a good debut in a much harder listed race. Was green and sure that the paddock will have helped and should return a much better horse as he is well bred. No 2 It Is Written if starts a threat on his run before the spell. It was so much better than his debut run. He led them a long way at a good click and just went down. The unraced No 1 Commander Bond is another that on breeding could sprint well.

Race 3 – 1100mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 03.55pm

No 1 Dane Roly
if doesn’t salute here will not get a better chance. Will be better for his run back and hard to see being beat. No 5 Emma Of Aintree if starts just forgive and give a chance after disappointing on debut. I expect a better horse returning from the spell.

Race 4 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 04.35pm

A tricky maiden here. No 4 Sesenta first Victorian run showed her breeding finally. She looked good hitting the line and hope she has trained on. No 7 Crystalised was a $1.3 million dollar purchase made a very good debut hitting the line well and more distance will suit for sure and a big threat. For multiples include No 2 Lady Ariel, No 8 Fonssagrives and No 5 Amalfi Dreams.

Race 5 – 1400mtrs 0 - 72 Handicap – 05.15pm

No 5 Greenedge
two starts for as many wins. First up come from off the speed for a good win and then second up raced up the speed and took the lead on straightening and fought hard to hold them out well. No 6 Lucario returned from his first Australian spell with a good win He carried blinkers the first time and will be tighter here as well and must respect. No 3 Chamandi is another to respect as still learning and looked better this preparation. No 7 Light Express is not far off clicking. I really like the look of her and her action but just hasn’t quiet taken that next step.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 05.55pm

No 2 Triple Tease
it was good to see on a better track back from the spell. A good run and should be fitter and a big threat. No 4 Danzareel is racing well and to be in this a long way. No 5 Sam Le Champ was well supported last start and it was a good run but disappointing for punters. Sat up on the speed and just left the tank a little empty late. No 6 Chile Express won well on debut and then spelled and returns here.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 62 Handicap – 06.35pm

I am not keen on this race at all. No 5 Fill The Fridge hit the line very well to get up and with the claim looks hard to beat. No 1 Don’t Tell Alex, No 8 Noble Twostep for multiples.

Race 8 – 2300mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 07.10pm

And a very hard race to finish the day. No 10 Questioning I can see getting a beautiful run here as a few will cross and lead and she will have a good chance of a cart all the way. No 3 Viper Room will be one that crosses to lead and will take running down. No 9 Golden Calibre will get back does find the line well. No 6 Mauritius drawn a terrible barrier but respect.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

My $100 bet in Race 5 yesterday at Warrnambool on No 7 Lady Of The Glen didn’t win. What did surprise me was my second pick in the race that won at odds way over for me. No 3 Shelbyville paid $11.60 best winner on the day. So I am $100 in the red and today I am going for Race 3 No 8 Lightning Legs $50 the win and $50 the win Race 4 No 10 Leaoncita.

Race 1 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

A very hard maiden to start the day. No 9 Astrodynamic (nom Sat, Sun) made a good debut and sure to be better for the run. First starter No 11 Rollerball I like how he looked in his trial and the winner of that trial won on debut. No 13 True Edge (nom Fri) from the Moody camp returns from his only start to date. On debut didn’t have a lot of luck but did look alright over the last 200mtrs. No 12 Sezwho is a horse to just forgive and give a chance after last couple of runs as is much better than that.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

No 5 Dany The Fox
(nom Sun) if he runs to his potential it will be hard for him to be beat. Both runs were in the city first preparation. I think we will see a much better schooled horse here. No 11 Zurbriggen (nom Fri, Sun) a good debut for me as didn’t get clear running from the turn until 100mtrs out and last 75 really stretched out. No 9 Ozone Bar a good debut at MV under lights. Sat on the speed and a little wide but never really threatened but should improve for the run. No 2 Carronade returns from the spell and one to give a chance card to after an average debut.

Race 3 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

I am looking forward to this girls’ race. No 8 Lightning Legs (nom Sun) a good debut as she set a good pace early setting it up for back-markers and did drift out in the middle and later part of the race. Fought hard to the line. No 10 Rossa May should lead here but will need to settle and not go too hard to run this out. No 5 Miss Camalach (nom 7 races coming week) if starts I do think a chance to be working home well late.

Race 4 – 1000mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 02.45pm

I think this is a nice little handicap race. No 10 Leoncita returns from her first spell. Her first two runs were good and just outclassed at Caulfield but she led them out being picked off early in the straight. She should come back a little more mature. No 9 Spiritcity should probably have a couple of wins under the belt by now but her own fault as she does get back. Can run home very well and expect that tomorrow. No 5 Fastest Diamond (nom Sat, Sun) got up on the line back from the spell finding the line well. No 3 Out Of The Fire (nom Fri) I hope they race him on the speed as I think he looks better there and a good win back from the spell.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs Class 1 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 10 Szewinska
(nom Sat MV) if she starts here will be a surprise as I think you could win Saturday’s race in the city. If you remember her first race at her home track come in with abrasions over both eyes and making repiratory noise after the run. Was spelled and won well on a very heavy track at Benalla. Looked a little green still as slow away and layed in but stretched out well late. No 7 Spartan Warrior won his trial and then was put away for 41 weeks and returned on a heavy 10 for a good win on debut. He looks like a nice horse. No 1 Couragio Bianco with the 3kg claim and back in distance should give this a shake a long way. No 4 Danzareel (nom Fri) has looked a lot better this preparation, much improved. A hard one is No 5 Light Express (nom Sat) as if she was on her day a very big threat as she is more than handy I think.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 04.00pm

Another nice competitive race here for me. No 10 Meritorious I look forward to seeing on a better track even though a good win back from the spell on a heavy 9. He looks to have come back well and does have a good speed to finish off his races. No 1 Below (nom Sat, Sun) two runs since coming down from Darwin have been solid and looks like can carry the weight. No 8 Stynes drops 2kgs on last run where just couldn’t find that little bit extra but ground solidly to the line. No 9 Caravaggio (nom Sun) looked good last start second run back from the freshen up with a good win. No 11 Phantom Brew (nom Fri, Sun) I would keep safe in multiples at this weight.

Race 7 – 1400mtrs 0 – 58 Handicap – 04.40pm

No 4 Gunman
is a NZ horse having his first Australian start. Is lightly raced and hard to judge NZ form that looks okay so keep a close eye on markets. No 9 Aquae Sulislooked much better second up and didn’t have an easy run. Last 150mtrs hit line well. No 12 Limoncino (nom Fri) another NZ horse having its first start in Australia and a handy stable too.

Race 8 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 58 Handicap – 05.20pm

No 6 What A Beauty
we have never seen the best of her to date. She has plenty of potential and has looked better this preparation. Drops way back in class but the claim will help. No 16 Snipatip (nom Sun) I watched her 4 runs last preparation and her first one here from the spell and I wouldn’t write her off. No 2 Dartook (nom Mon) won well first up from the spell. No 7 Streets Of Seattle was outclassed first up from the spell but I do expect a better horse here.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Sunday 18th December 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

A tricky maiden with a few first starters and lightly raced horses here. Watch markets closely. No 5 Starkiato (nom Wed) they debuted this horse in the city at Caulfield and was very green and outclassed. Was making ground but shifting ground and jockey had to stop riding a few times. Been in the paddock a while and I am sure he will be better schooled. His is still a colt so they are expecting him to be handy and a chance a stud career I suppose. Another out of Starcraft, No 7 True Tussock across from Sydney to try his luck. Has been well backed both starts, first run was decent but last start a little disappointed. Maybe the dry track will be what he needs. No 4 Shadow On The Moon a good debut I thought as got back last and came along the rail and then flattened out well the last 200mtrs. The horse that won that race has been going alright. Looks like the extra metres will suit.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

No 3 Crystal Icon
first up from the spell a good effort and last start was also a very good run but may not look so on paper. Was wide and no cover and started to work into it from around the 700mtr mark. Wide into the straight and held position. It wasn’t an easy run as covered a lot of ground facing the breeze and one to just give a chance to. No 5 Greek Legend was in the same race and also not a lot of luck being held up when improving. Was tightened badly but kept making ground and a big threat for sure. No 6 Hearts Are Trumps (nom Thur) wasn’t supported on debut and a big drifter. Was green and needed the run and should be better for it.

Race 3 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

I think you just have to give No 5 Parnissius from Kavanagh a chance. First up from the spell forget run, just trust breeding and with blinkers going on here could make a huge difference. No 2 Jumpin Joh (nom Thur) will be three runs back here and breeding suggest this and further should suit. Did work home alright at longer odds last start. No 10 Lucky Sparkle (nom Thur) looked much better stepping out in distance last start. Just went down and she had to ease around heels after a small gap closed on her. No 8 Vilify (nom Thur) two decent runs this preparation and a good jockey on top. Another Kavanagh runner No 9 Greisen with Froggy in the saddle with blinkers for the first time. Has been average to date.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm

Keep an eye on markets for first starter No 7 Astrodynamic (nom Wed, Thur) if starts here markets are going to be a good guide but has been in work a while and I hear looks a lovely horse and training well. No 6 Vizhaka a solid race last start, was wide and no cover early and pulled up to leaders near the turn and went to the lead. Ran out of gas last 50mtrs but a very big run and respect. No 4 Providence all his runs this preparation have been good another to respect.

Race 5 – 1000mtrs 0 - 68 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 5 No Vanity
I cannot see a lot of speed in the race and she could get an easy lead if she likes it here more than likely. She does go up in weight for this class and has run some decent races in much harder races. No 5 Carracci is a hard one as after a good first preparation came back for just one run and then spelled again and returns here after 289 days. Keep him safe. No 6 Intreeg was nominated but scratched at Caulfield midweek. For sure he will try and get cross and lead and hopefully give NV a lovely run. No 10 Ribati his best years have passed but he goes well fresh.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 03.57pm

No 2 Tanah Lot
(nom Wed) has plenty of potential and returning from the spell did what he usually does and start poorly. I was hoping during his spell they might have fixed his barrier tardiness but never mind as he is a big threat here. No 4 Oneman Wolfpack (nom Wed) both runs this preparation have been very good and in this form sure to be a big chance. No 10 Caravaggio has been specked at odds in much harder races. Has run some solid city races and one you just have to keep safe. No 6 Blast Out Of Here a multiples chance for me. No 11 The Best Money Can Buy only carrying 50.5kgs and don’t be surprised if salutes first up from the spell.

Race 7 – 2200mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.32pm

A very average staying race here to say the least. No 4 Blasting gets an excellent chance to pick up win number two here, a big chance. No 1 Deep Cove is one that you need to just give breeding a chance. Hasn’t been great or disgraceful to date but looks to be still finding his feet. No 14 Aspin Nikita has no jockey nominated here. If she starts I do think she will be around the finish. No 3 Hybeam last few runs have been good.

Race 8 – 1400mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 05.07pm

Not a strong race to finish and I think No 2 Friend In Deed has a huge chance to make it back to back wins here. Scratched from MV Friday night and even though drawn a little wide usually gets away well and I cannot see a heap of speed inside him. Can carry the weight as well. No 8 Tale Of The Sea (nom Wed) won on debut before three failed runs in the city. Handy trainer and obviously a horse that was disappointing back from the spell but wasn’t supported in markets. I think we will see a better horse here.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Wednesday 30th November 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1100mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

I look forward to this race as a few horses I am keen on seeing. It is a very hard race and a handful have a good chance here if you ask me. No 5 I Like Ike is unraced and unseen but the breeding is very good on both sides. Should sprint well as a youngster but also go on to the mile and more with racing. No 6 Madica’s Pleasure has three good runs to date. He doesn’t seem to have a powerful finish but fights hard and a chance. No 12 Astro Lass not much luck on debut as was wide all the way but stuck on well right to the line. Need to respect No 1 Aurum Spirit and No 3 Bombalatomba as well.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

A few well bred horses going around here. Unraced No 5 Astrodynamic on breeding I look forward to seeing and should sprint well. No 2 Borsay is nominated 5 days in a row but if starts here looks very hard to beat going on his run back from the spell. Played up at the barrier and was vetted. Led but I thought under pressure a good 600mtrs out but kicked on the turn and challenged and only weakened last 50mtrs. Sure to be fitter here. No 12 Fancy Clancy not a bad debut before putting away. Raced wide and only got going the last 150mtrs and should have matured a little in the paddock. No 8 Overproof was disappointing on debut back from the spell and you just have to trust the breeding and give a chance.

Race 3 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

If No 2 Emperossa
starts should be hard to beat after a nice debut. Sat well back early and then came 4 wide towards the turn but got held up and only clear the last 200mtrs and really stretched out nicely, she looked good. No 10 Bellasinga got checked at the start and settled last on debut before coming wide on the turn and didn’t find clear ground until 200mtrs out and another that stretched out well. No 11 Doll In Heels all three runs have been good and have to keep safe on that form. No 9 Annario first up back from the spell a good run but just ran out of gas late.

Race 4 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm

This is a hard race for me and some of these horses just have to take on trust. No 7 Magisterial from the Moody camp has disappointed his first two starts. Maybe it was the track as his breeding is very good and I do think this track should suit and one you have to just trust the breeding on and watch markets for support. No 6 Itzablur I like how he has progressed over his three runs to date. Last start got caught in traffic early and then came 5 or 6 wide on the turn. Only flattened out around the 200mtrs and the last 50 flew. No 10 Sophia Dorothea has been close last couple of starts. She raced really tight on the rails into the straight and luckily got a split about 200mtrs out and drove threw and last 100mtrs punched hard but just missed out. No 9 Hisstar still a maiden after 10 starts but a multiples chance for me.

Race 5 – 1100mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Class 1 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 1 Light Express
is nominated Friday night at MV in a 50K race and if she starts here I really look forward to seeing her back. She was still doing things wrong last preparation but I like what I see of her and she is talented and hopefully over the spell she has matured more and will take some beating. No 9 Siwa Lady comes off her maiden win where she led all the way. A strong win and on that run should give this a shake. No 8 Revidere is well bred but both starts has had no support in markets. Returned with a good win but drifted from $7 - $15 in the markets. A hard win but nothing special but the breeding is nice. No 2 Stardom back from the spell and a multiples chance.

Race 6 – 1400mtrs 0 - 72 Handicap – 04.00pm

No 7 Aporia
is a hard one as her two debut runs was promising before being spelled. Last preparation she does have some excuses for 3 of those 4 runs and returned from her second spell and ran favourite which was a little surprising. Looked a little underdone and I am willing to give a chance. No 8 Stynes both runs were at Seymour and then spelled. His maiden win was good and should have matured a little in the paddock. No 2 Lord Wimble may start in Sunday’s Gold Cup just have to wait and see. If starts here will run a cheeky race I think. Old fella No 1 Mondano will give his all and can run a good race on his day.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 04.40pm

No 4 Big Bear Rock
has come across from NSW with a solid first up effort. Was well supported in the markets and ran a good race but the tearaway leader just kept going. I watched his 4 NSW starts and he looks nice. No 8 Irish Golfer comes into this light with the claim and the extra metres will suit and should be running home well late. No 14 Dashing Stars not a lot of luck last start, got back and was wide and no cover and came wide into the straight and did make ground before tiring late. No 5 Secret Stealth I do think the weight will prove too much but will fight all the way.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 05.20pm

No 10 Chamandi
I like the look of this horse. Have watched all his runs if you watch his last run at Flemington he didn’t have a great run early on but I like the way he stretched out late the final 200mtrs or so. No 7 Sam Le Champ won on debut and then failed on a heavy track at Sandown. Was spelled and return here and more than willing to give a chance and watch markets as well bred. No 1 Achilleus cannot fault his form this preparation and came from well back and flew the last 150mtrs for a strong win last start. No 5 Colossus Of Rhodes I look forward to seeing the ex QLD horse if starts here.

Ballarat Cup Horse Racing Tips Sunday 20th November 2011 Victoria Australia

Ballarat Cup Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.10pm

No 7 Astro Damus
is unseen and I do think will run a cheeky race but on breeding I really look forward to seeing over the mile and beyond for sure. No 8 Greenedge as well could run a cheeky race but I think the 1400mtrs to 10 furlongs better suited. No 4 Samer Drive a decent debut with not a lot of luck. No 12 Go Bossy Pants give a chance as first up was a little tardy and did do a bit too much early for me but looks alright.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.40pm

No 8 First Deck
I am willing to give a chance on the run two back. A hard run as was wide but found the line well in the heavy going and made good ground against the trend for that day. No 7 Bia Diamond has been a little green first two runs but looks alright and willing to give a chance. No 12 When My Baby back to maiden class after being way outclasses last start, looks alright in the videos. No 2 Heavenly Dawn good run back from her first spell.

Race 3 – 1400mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.15pm

No 4 Economic
if starts here this should be a kill. Has been in work since September and first up only got going late and when balanced looked good. No 5 Greek Legend returns here and is sure to be better. Top stable with top jockey on board. No 2 Beedeekay is still very green and his own worst enemy. Give a chance as there was a decent go for him late in markets last start. No 8 Affetto from what I watched she doesn’t look too bad.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 01.50pm

Not a great race this. No 16 Padawan Star she is lightly raced and Payne has been patient with her. Her run back from the spell I like and I think she will only be better for that run and also more distance better as well. No 11 Dashing Stars is another that ran a decent run back from the spell and also not a lot of luck as copped a huge check but really hammered home late. Extra metres will help and sure to have trained on. No 5 Phantom Brew is first up from the spell but been in work a while and sure to be ready to fire. No 3 Irish Golfer with the claim a big help and really not such a bad looking horse.

Race 5 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 68 Handicap – 02.25pm

No 13 Alantis Dream
won well on debut and yes it was an easy race at Echuca and slow time but it was the way she won. She wasn’t supported whci was surprising the way she won as she was away poorly and sat wide, came 5 wide in the straight and stretched right out for a good win. No 11 Taxee a big threat going on winning debut. No 1 Legion’s Belle will appreciate the extra metres and a good first up run from the spell. No 10 Lady Fortrus last two starts here have been good.

Race 6 – 2200mtrs 0 - 72 Handicap – 03.00pm

An average race this. No 10 History No Hurdle $12 is a lightly raced horse still learning but shows some promise as being a decent country stayer. I watched all 5 of his runs and he looks alright. Last start he over raced and this took its toll late but a chance for sure in this weak race. No 1 The Chevron $3.60 back in class and the weight is okay but with this horse who knows as he can run a decent race when right. No 11 Saddle The Stars $4.40 looks good at this weight and last two starts have been good runs. No 6 Viva Delspec $12 if the track stays wet or gets wetter for multiples.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 0 - 78 Handicap – 03.35pm

A very open race for me. No 12 Lord of Brazil $4 is racing so well and has not put a foot wrong of late. Will be very hard to beat at this weight and a wet track. No 13 Magic Me $8 two runs in Australia have been good. Getting out to the mile a bonus and he looks a nice little horse. No 4 Fitoussi $15 if it stays wet a multiples chance. No 5 Orbital Moon $6 will be much better back in this class.

Race 8 – 2200mtrs Handicap Ballarat Cup (listed) – 04.12pm

After going over the markets and watching some videos it wasn’t surprising to see my top two picks the first and second favourites. No 1 Rothera $4.40 is a classy horse but it is usually win or nothing. This is his first start past 1800mtrs but last start win showed he should run this out. The weight is a worry but he has carried weights well before. Last start he did plenty wrong as he pulled his head off early and during the race and was wide but still won well. No 7 Domesky $5.50 at a good weight and the sting out of the track all good for me and he will be there a long way. No 3 Tinseltown $12 I really think he has a chance at nice odds. No 8 Foxham $18 forget last start as the horse had a problem with the noseband and if better than that run.

Race 9 – 1200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 04.48pm

No 4 Any Dream Will Do $5 returns from her first spell and I look forward to her racing. She went well her first preparation and sure she must have put on a little muscle in the paddock. I have backed her at a bit better odds than this. No 9 Sutanoc $4.80 on last start sure to give this a shake but he is inconsistent and I think a good lay. No 6 Lonhreign $7.50 returns from the spell and been in work a while and respect. No 14 What A Beauty $5 another not to be dismissed. A good outsider is No 11 Blatherskite $13 as he was really green first up and then second up looked a lot better winning strongly.

Race 10 – 1300mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 05.20pm

I am willing to risk the favourite here as I think No 3 Undeniably $4.20 is too wide and although he does have speed there is a few with toe inside him and he will more than likely get caught wide. He is the class horse but I think this will really test. No 6 Corvidae $5 is racing very well in South Australia. Cannot fault form and he will get a good sit from this barrier and there will be plenty of speed and he should get a big chance to run these down. No 12 Can Do $26 is first up and at this weight and with the sting out of the track I think he can sneak into this. No 4 Balavan $9 is either hot or cold and not much in between. If he is right he can be a good horse.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Thursday 27th October 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

No 6 Cape Canaveral
is returning and is sure to be better schooled here. On debut was green and not a bad run after starting poorly. I think will be short but you just have to trust the breeding and a good trainer. This is meant to be a kill. No 8 Flash Of Doubt (nom Fri, Sat) starts watch markets as a solid debut and backed from $6 - $3.80 in a betting plunge but just went down after racing wide all the way. No 2 Happy Moments (nom Tue) first starter and markets will be a guide. Has trialed but wasn’t asked for much and looked okay. No 1 Blatherskite forget debut run as had a shocker, was very green the whole run and should be better for that hitout. He looked okay in his trial win more relaxed so forgive.

Race 2 – 1100mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

This is a hard and tricky maiden race here. Of the raced horses No 1 Cum Dividend was green on debut and worked home well, has a bit to learn but looks a handy country horse. First starter No 2 Gigabyte I really like the breeding of this horse. Is unseen but my Flemington mate said he is a nice looking horse and has been training well, I do think he will be better around the 1200-1400mtrs but should sprint well too. You have to watch the markets but on breeding my choice. No 3 Greystone I have also heard good things about him and he should go alright first up but for sure will be a better miler and out to 10 furlongs for me. The other first starter No 6 Work The Line (nom Sun) forget his trials run I think he is a better horse than he has shown and hope to see this tomorrow.

Race 3 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

A small and interesting maiden race. No 4 Set To Excite disappointed returning from the spell, did have atrial fibrillation. Is a better horse than this and should lead here if all is right and be hard to run down for me. Moody’s runner No 8 Daley (nom Sat) having its first start and have to watch markets. Didn’t do a lot in its trial but wasn’t over stretched. Give No 9 Invasion and No 6 Suerose a chance and keep safe. Markets are going to be a good guide here.

Race 4 – 2000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm

The last of the maidens here. No 6 Saddle The Stars will be better suited here with the better going and has runs under the belt. Watching videos of some starts he can put in a good run and if right will give this a shake. No 3 Jungle Fighter on current form should give this a shake. No 7 I Have A Dream only learning and give a chance over this distance. No 5 Mr Birchy (nom Sat) has been going alright and not a lot of luck last few starts.

Race 5 – 1000mtrs Class 1 Handicap (Apprentices only) – 03.20pm

This is a hard race to start the quadrella of on. A small field but a few chances. No 8 No More Idols (nom Tues) ran a decent trial a few days ago on the 24th and will be ready for this if she starts. She will more than likely lead and take some running down. No 1 On The Cards is likely the other leader, if these two don’t go too hard they will be hard to run down. No 9 Who Stole My Sock (nom Sat) is a horse you need to give a chance. No 6 Ready As Elle (nom Tue) is still learning and not without a chance.

Race 6 – 1400mtrs 0 - 72 Handicap – 04.00pm

A nice race here. No 9 Covered in Class (nom Sun) if he starts he should kill these. Last start forget as he had a shocker, never settled in the running. A moral for me. No 7 Zanzidar (nom Fri) this is much easier than Friday nights race at MV. Forget last start as was last and this horse likes to lead or be on the pace. Sure to be much better than last run. No 1 Melete first up run was good, couldn’t get clear running late and still had plenty in the tank. No 2 Aussie Public for multiple players.

Race 7 – 1200mtrs 3yo Fillies & Mares 0 - 62 Handicap – 04.40pm

A small field of girls go around here. No 2 Reena returns here and was green her first preparation, should be better schooled here. No 5 Sophie’s Tryst is a horse you just have to give a chance, she is better than her last start. No 3 Universal Rose has been in work a while and should go alright first up here. No 1 Phil’s Ophidian (nom Sun) not without a chance.

Race 8 – 1600mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 05.20pm

A hard mile race to finish the day. No 3 Mr Consolidator needed that first up run and might even need this one as well. I like this horse and he will get better with racing and distance. No 11 Kingdom of War an ex Queenslander is green and a lot to learn but should run this out. No 4 Darwin will be better suited on the better track here and also being out to the mile. No 5 Hamel for multiple players. No 10 Dolmabache a kiwi horse having its first Aussie run will need to watch markets.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1100mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

This is an average maiden and one to probably stay away from. Watch markets for any support as this will be a good guide. No 11 Clear from the Snowden camp, returns from his first spell and his last start he did flatten out well late. Sure to be better schooled here. No 3 Cosmic Demon is so close to a breakthrough win. Last two starts has been unlucky and last start after being held up near the turn worked home really well. No 1 Blatherskite won his trial leading into this and does look nice watching the video. No 14 Handcut another to watch markets on.

Race 2 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 72 Handicap – 01.35pm

I think this race is worse than the maiden before it. These are a very average lot of glue pots here. Watch markets for any decent moves. No 8 Your Grace (nominated Fri, Sat, Sun) if starts a chance for sure Drops down in weight with the class rise and does sprint alright. No 4 Close The Door would be suited better if the track was a little wetter but should go alright anyway. No 2 Shiny and New for sure is the class horse by a mile. She came back from a long spell and just has not put her best foot forward. Drops back in class here and the 4kg claim a big help.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

Another tough race with a few unseen horses here. On breeding I like No 10 Pontington as both mum and dad were pretty handy and will like further than this as well. Is nominated for Saturday’s Thoroughbred Stakes at Caulfield but will have to see what Hughes does. No 14 Snegurochka is nominates Fri, Sat and Sun coming and also like the breeding. No 9 Pattamada on breeding should go alright but will be better suited over 7 or 8 furlongs for me. Stablemate No 16 Zhu Jiang has a trial under the belt returning here and looks the best of the raced lot for me.

Race 4 – 1600mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm

The last of the maidens here. No 6 SleepNpete watching the replays he found the line okay last start, was in a bit of traffic in the straight but when clear flattened out well. No 7 St Christophe the owners and trainers have ambitious plans for this $380k purchase. Is nominated for the Victoria Derby and on breeding will be looking for that distance for sure, forgive debut run and respect the breeding. No 4 I Have A Dream is another well bred horse and I would be more than willing to give a chance after debut run, there was no support in markets that day so needed the run for sure. No 11 Ready On Time for multiple players as the Payne stable is to be respected.

Race 5 – 1600mtrs Handicap – 03.20pm

A nice race this. No 9 Elusive King $5.50 was well back early first up from the spell and there was no support in markets at all. Was the only horse that went along the rails in the straight as the ground was softer there but did work home alright. If he starts here I am sure we will see a better horse, for sure. No 12 Dead End $2.50 a good hard fought win last start, on breeding should want this and further and will be hard to hold out at this weight for sure. No 1 Time Matters $5 has not been over a mile since March 2009, but you must respect the old fella as he has a huge heart and doesn’t often put a foot wrong. No 11 Almodovar $8.50 another Moody runner first up jockey put him into a dead position going along the rails, never tested and will be better for the run and also stepping up and further in distance will suit.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 0 - 68 Handicap – 04.00pm

We are back into the lower class races and I am going for breeding in No 13 Catch a Heart, she is well bred and won on debut and was very green then spelled returned at this track and ran a good race but may have been just a little underdone weakening late. No 2 Bedouin Express has been racing well and should be around the finish. No 3 Our Inheritance a decent run last start in a small field. Multiple players No 12 Democrat.

Race 7 – 1100mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 04.40pm

This is a nice little race here. No 1 Breitling a lot was expected of him after his decent debut preparation. Has not gone on with it since then but there is no doubt he has talent but they just need to get him right. No 9 Tale Of Two Cities will kick out and lead this, will take running down for sure. No 11 Red Rain won well on debut then failed at Caulfield before being spelled. Debut win flew home hard and looked good stretching out and at Caulfield it was a good run and not too far off them after racing very wide with no cover. Is nominated Sat at Caulfield. Multiples No 5 Tel Onnah.

Race 8 – 1400mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 05.20pm

No 10 Quatra Valve
is racing very well and should give this a shake for sure. No 11 Gogonski has drawn wide here and may scratch and run later in the week. If starts have to respect is much better than last two starts suggest. No 14 Peppy Koala a decent and hard fought win on debut, a good country stable and not without a chance. No 1 Simpre Arriba a solid first up run in Australia for the kiwi horse. The Hickmott trained No 15 Innovate if starts watch markets.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Wednesday 28th September 2011 Victoria Australia

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.18pm

A hard one here. No 3 Wallington Flyer is nicely bred, his dad won the Blue Diamond before being cursed. And his mum was a very handy mare. Was scratched Monday and if starts watch for support in the markets. No 7 Sparkling Stone returns from the spell and can sprint well, I like Nikolic on top here. No 5 Oneredtwored is nicely bred and has a decent trial under the belt coming into this. Wasn’t a cheap horse at $150k.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.53pm

This is a hard race with a lot of unknowns in first starters and a few returning from spells. Markets are going to be a good guide. No 6 Pilot Error at MV Friday night and if starts here respect on his breeding. No 10 Euphorbia really knuckled down late last start back from the spell and found the line well. No 1 Arshavin was disappointing first race start and went straight to the paddock. Has to be better than that on breeding and a smart stable. No 7 Stratobeune is another with good breeding and markets are going to be a guide.

Race 3 – 2200mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.28pm

No 1 Faineant
has found the line okay and should run this out. No 3 Lanky is a young horse and still learning and give a chance. No 8 Promise Act in the Payne stable did finish a long way off the winner last start but did show some promise working home alright.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 78 Hcp – 03.03pm

You cannot go past No 2 Frenetica and forget first up run from the spell. This horse has run some good races against some nice horses, big threat. No 3 Ky’s The Limit also first run back from the spell not so great but give a chance. No 4 Le Bel Away the Weir runner keep an eye on markets first up from the spell.

Race 5 – 1400mtrs Class 1 Handicap – 03.38pm

No 1 Kim Heaven
not sure if will start here is nominated Friday at Moonee Valley and Sunday at Flemington. If starts will be very short one would think in this class. No 7 Jimmy Shiraz is a threat as didn’t have clear running last start, did find the line well. No 5 Alrouz for multiples.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 - 68 Handicap – 04.18pm

A hard race here and I will offer these in order of preference. No 6 Tigress Joy, No 10 Neona, No 7 Kiwi Cat and you will just have to watch markets on No 9 Zamask from the Moody camp. Won on debut and was galloped on in the running, was spelled for 61 weeks and returned with a very average run, she did a bit wrong and was not supported in markets that day. If any support get on board.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.58pm

No 2 First Republic
was hammering home too late last start and my best bet for this weak day of racing. No 4 Sertorius is another that found the line well through traffic last start. No 10 Tequila High looked to need that first up run and on breeding should want this or further.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Sunday 18th September 2011 Victoria Australia

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.40pm

No 6 Riviere
is very well bred and in a good stable, made a decent debut before being put away and she is sure to be much better schooled here. No 11 Landuc a decent first up run, got going well late and extra metres should suit. For multiple players No 2 Elusive Burst and No 3 Estermac.

Race 2 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.15pm

A tough race here. You have No 12 Gliding that was scratched from The Guineas Prelude at Caulfield yesterday, Sydney form solid and if starts have to respect. No 6 Destiny’s Kiss found the line very well on debut. No 4 Theadmiralreturns a good first up run and found the line well. No 11 Xavi another that had a solid debut and should be better for the run.

Race 3 – 1600mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.50pm

No 5 Godspeed
is nominated a few times over the coming days, is a $1.8 million dollar purchase and the colt just hasn’t lived up to expectations yet. I have watched all his runs and he does look a nice horse and is still very green but I am sure Moody will iron that out and he can still become a handy horse before a stud career. This is meant to be a kill for him if he starts. No 12 You Tell Me first up from the spell was solid looked to need the run as did lay in a little down the straight. No 4 Danichi I don’t mind his first race run, have watched the race a few times and give a chance. No 8 Polish is in the Cummings’ stable and nominated for the Caulfield Guineas and Cox Plate. First run at Ballarat did a bit wrong, wouldn’t settle early but did find the line okay.

Race 4 – 2200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 02.28pm

No 4 Surface Tension
a Galileo gelding won well last start, his first race in Australia not a lot of luck but last start sat a little wide early, moved to the lead into the straight and found the line well, lost a plate in the running and this distance and further should be no worries on breeding. No 5 California Valley has had plenty of chances of late, but I like Oliver being put on top here and I think he will give a plumb ride and may surprise. No 6 Metung Belle steps back in grade and could pick up her first win since September 09. No 1 Onerahi Bay forgive for last start, not a bad run as was wide most the way.

Race 5 – 1000mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.05pm

This is a very average and weak race and advise to bet carefully or not at all. No 3 Tel Onnah won well on debut and then disappointed next two starts. Was sent to the paddock and sure to be better returning here. No 6 Agasha didn’t have much luck first two race starts, one was held up and couldn’t get clear running and the other raced too wide. Last start finally had a clear race and saluted well. Time nothing flash but this is also a weak looking race. No 2 Sutanoc for multiple players.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 - 68 Handicap – 03.45pm

A hard race for me. No 4 Penzevengi was scratched yesterday for this, a harder race this. Is well bred but struggled to show that breeding, did win well first up from the spell but not in fast time, did have to change course running home but found the line well. No 5 Cardio Beat is a very lightly raced 6yo. I watched all his runs last preparation and he is not so bad. I think probably the best horse from the videos I watched and markets will be a guide to how fit she is. No 9 Glorious Choice not a bad run back from the spell and should have trained on since then. No 7 Head Honcho a kiwi horse having its first Australian start. Form over there looks okay on paper but have to see how this transfers here.

Race 7 – 1500mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.25pm

No 4 Faltastic
gets back on top of the ground here and I think this will suit. Bendigo win really found the line well. No 3 Cosmonaut will be looking for much further and has been disappointing to date but give another chance in this easy race. No 8 Zeeyajimi was a little underdone first up looking at that run. I am sure that Smerdon will have him raring to go. No 2 Carnegie Dan is his own worst enemy many times but if on can run a big race.

Race 8 – 1400mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 05.05pm

I look forward to seeing No 12 Testimony return here. I think he will be a better horse here even though his trial leading into this was average on a heavy track. No 4 Perfect Pecs is racing well and drops back in distance, keep him safe. No 8 Perian Moon last start pulled up lame, is better than that run and if right have to respect. No 6 King Of Mountains have to watch markets for support, can run a very smart race if right.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Sunday 5th June 2011 Victoria Australia

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Not a bad day at Sandown yesterday, it started off very well with a nice win in the first, then the 3rd in The Australian Steeple and the 4th in the Australian Hurdle, the 7th Midnight Martini saluted and the last I am very pissed at Benbow’s ride, he lost the race on Deliver The Dream. I had backed my second choice Go My Girl at $12, I had $1k on it and still lost $3,000 on that race overall. The quadrella hurt as I had Deliver The Dream as a standout in the last leg. If I had included Go My Girl it would only have cost $108 per unit. I had the quadrella 20 times at $54 a unit so it hurt a little missing out. Still I ended up well on the day. 13k extra in the pocket but could have been a lot more but that is racing.

Race 1 – 1500mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.25pm

This is not a strong race and I like the change of stables for No 9 Gittana I think she will be a much better schooled horse back from her first spell, her debut run at Echuca she looked good, nice action so watch markets. No 1 Cash Burner has only raced once this preparation but has been in work a long time, should run this distance out. No 5 Notiestwo gets blinkers here and should help him a lot as he wobbles a bit in the races I have watched.

Race 2 – 1400mtrs Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

No 2 Add The Cash
has a good chance here to break the duck, not a strong race and Newitt on board again a good choice. No 4 Delago Dusk leaves his home track of Geelong where he is going well on the synthetic, racing well. No 3 Bootlegger is an ex kiwi across for his first start here so watch markets.

Race 3 – 1000mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

Another weak race and No 1 African Heat returns from his first spell, will be better schooled and a handy stable. No 5 Signal Fire having his first start has won a trial, on breeding could go alright as he dad was handy over the sprints as a 2yo but will be better over way more distance when he matures. No 7 Thou Shall Conquer has run into some smart horses in his short career to date, this is a lot easier.

Race 4 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

Another weak race, No 8 Pure Fantasy should go well on the Ballarat track, Yendall climbs back on a good addition here. No 10 Sugar Lips has a chance on lucky 13th start to collect a win. No 4 Loss of the Manor will get an easy lead here I think and could just set the pace and run away with it.

Race 5 – 1000mtrs Fillies & Mares Class 1 Handicap - 02.45pm
A hard race. No 1 Louisville Dancer won well on the synthetic first up, looked nice and hit the line well. No 4 Who’s Listening will more than likely lead and will take some chasing down. No 3 Procida has a trial under the belt and should be ready to go here. No 2 My Bellydancer returned with a good win from the spell and this not much harder.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 7 Spartini
returned from the spell with a good win here at Ballarat. This is harder being open company but was an impressive win coming from barrier 14, sitting wide all the way. Will need to jump well from barrier 2. No 7 King Kalakaua is better than last few starts, has not jumped well both runs this preparation but need to respect this horse. No 5 Testy Girl returns from her spell and she is an honest horse and will be around the finish. No 10 Tornado Jack a good win first up from the spell.

Race 7 – 1400mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.55pm

In order of preference No 4 Cheville, No 10 Key Rossa, No 6 Fu Jak and No 3 Mr. Rocky first starter from NZ in good stable.

Race 8 – 1400mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 04.30pm

No 7 Lethal Arrow, No 4 Ransom Willy, No 12 Miss Whytwokay and No 8 Zanzidar
.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1100mtrs 2yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.05pm

On breeding I like No 5 Mega Rich, also nominated next Tuesday, if starts watch markets as dad was a nice horse and mum not so bad either. No 7 Vicomte not a bad debut as did a bit wrong, to the paddock and returns, will be better and his dad won his 2nd race start. No 1 Beseech will be better schooled here for sure. No 4 Kentucky Reign, his dad a good distance horse but mum was an okay sprinter.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 2yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.40pm

If No 4 Privately starts (nom Sun, Tue, Thu, Fri)
it will be a kill, well bred and has a trial under the belt and looked a nice horse. No 3 Polygon Prankster first up run not so bad was very green, 2nd up just forget had a shocker and jumped at shadows, watch markets returning here. No 7 Dublin Darlin will probably want further but should go well first up. No 8 Kouklamou (nom Thu) going alright.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo Fillies Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.15pm

No 6 Now You See Her
not a bad debut, was green, wide most the way and will be better for that run. No 10 Vixen Hustler keep an eye on markets as should be ready to run a decent race here first up. No 3 Brynne good run last start. No 2 Bendigo Belle for multiples.

Race 4 – 1600mtrs 2yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.50pm

This isn’t a strong race No 3 Éclair Classic (nom Wed) if starts here respect. No 4 Fawkner (nom Wed, Thu, Fri) if starts watch markets. No 6 Redwin will be better for his last run. No 1 Lincoln Green not bad last start. Any scratchings No 2 Westonrubi.

Race 5 – 1500mtrs Class 1 Handicap - 02.25pm

No 1 The Chevron (nom Tue)
if returns respect as has been in work a little while and sure to be fit. No 9 Rhiannon’s Joy is racing well. No 2 Laugh At Life (nom Wed, Thu) nice win returning from his spell as he hammered home. No 4 Pursuit of Glory a good hard foot win last start and drops weight.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.02pm

This is a hard race. No 14 Baikal (nom Thur, Fri) was disappointing returning from the spell, is much better than this and if starts be sure to watch markets. No 15 Fill The Fridge respect first up and watch markets. No 13 Music Shop a decent run first up and should have trained on. No 10 Awesome Hearted a good trial win and then onto Mornington for a good win.

Race 7 – 1400mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 03.40pm

No 3 Viallico
is first up and respect. No 11 Strongly is up in class on last two wins but is racing well. No 4 Under The Hat is racing well and sure to give this a shake. No 13 Morossa (nom Wed,Thu) has been up a while this preparation but racing well. Any scratchings No 7 Easton.

Race 8 – 2000mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.20pm

No 9 Via Savoia
is a decent distance horse and sure to be running home hard. No 7 Ingalla Angel worked home well last start and will appreciate the extra distance. No 2 Karoo will lead and make them chase him down. No 4 Holder a good last start win. Any scratchings No 1 Cartago.

Race 9 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Handicap – 05.00pm

No 2 Belle Chantecler, No 15 Wildcat Strike, No 6 Floren
and No 8 Daughter O’Fortune.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

A slow 7 with rain forecast. See if we can pick a few mudlarks for the day.

Race 1 – 1200mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.55pm

This is a nice little race with some nice horses going around. No 1 Irish Gold (nom Sat) returned from his spell with a solid run at this track. Breeding should handle the wet and the extra distance. No 5 Browneyedhawk (nom Fri, Sat, Mon, Tues) ran in the same race as my first choice, did find the line well late. No 7 Reena first up run very good, good stable and jockey. No 4 Tizona first start in Victoria, was in the Snowden camp and form in NSW not too bad, watch markets. Even No 3 Lock Stock has a chance going on his first up run, jumped awkwardly, raced wide all the way and hung out as well.

Race 2 – 1000mtrs 2yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.30pm

No 3 Ngorano
has one start and finished second to Neriana who has gone on to win well at Caulfield and a good 2nd at MV. Back after 77 days and sure to be better schooled. No 4 On The Cards last two starts has been unlucky. I would like to see them put a different jockey on top, nothing against the apprentice as he is decent but a good jockey if worth so much. Watch markets on No 2 Electronic Dancer watch markets, was a $410,000 purchase.

Race 3 – 1600mtrs 2yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.05pm

This isn’t a strong race. No 4 Appreciate (nom Mon) and No 9 Lunacy form is okay. No 8 Lucrezia give a chance as well as No 7 Looks Who’s Dancing.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 2yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.40pm

No 10 Zenawomann is so close to a win. No 5 Kipsiro last start not such a bad run if you seen the race, jumped sideways and jockey nearly came off, pulled up lame and has been passed by the vets since then, give a chance. No 3 Central (nom Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues) back from the spell and watch markets. No 8 Oneman Wolfpack good run back from the spell, wide all the way. Any scratchings throw in No 7 Marked Danger.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap - 03.15pm

No 5 Black Artois (special)
first up, this distance and wet all bonuses. No 2 Toronto Star also first up and distance is good, if track is heavy not sure but watch markets. No 8 Blink I don’t think will start on this ground but if does keep an eye on markets. No 9 Floren definitely a chance.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.50pm

No 11 Roll (nom Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues)
if starts have to respect. No 7 Hamel (nom Tues) give a chance. No 2 Reel’Emin (nom Sat) a good win last start. No 3 Za Bullet for the multiples. Any scratchings throw on No 4 Capturethedream.

Race 7 – 1400mtrs Class 1 Handicap – 04.30pm

No 2 External (special) (nom Sat, Sun, Mon)
if starts and going on first start win hard to beat. No 6 Lopov (nom Tues) a good win back from the spell. No 7 Redinsky two nice runs back from the spell and should run this out. Any scratchings throw in No 4 Kong Kristian.

Race 8 – 1000mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 05.10pm

No 2 Esprit Son, No 4 Blacko, No 7 Beasty Boy, No 8 Resolvere
and any scratchings No 16 Vain Sonata.

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Thursday 24th February 2011

Race 1 – 100mtrs 3yo Fillies Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

No 1 Creed keep safe and watch markets closely. Her dad Keep the Faith won first up over 1000mtrs, Creed should go well but I will like to see over further as his dad won listed race over 1600mtrs. No 2 Fair Olympia ran a good first up race, she jumped badly and sat last before coming 5 wide in the straight, made good ground and will be much better for that run. No 5 Parmigiana keep safe, last start was unlucky, didn’t get clear running in the straight and was well supported in the markets, her dad Snitzel was very handy. No 4 Lunacy hasn’t trialed well but I expect a much better showing race day.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 2yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

This is a hard race, some nicely bred first starters in good stables, watch markets for any good moves. No 3 Éclair Desire I liked his run against Sepoy, Sepoy is the Blue Diamond favourite and I have already backed weeks ago and will walk it in on Saturday. Éclair Desire did make ground late in this race. No 6 Hell’s Kitchen met another Blue Diamond runner that was just too good last start being Atomic, connections paid $55k late fee for Atomic to run in the Blue Diamond. Looked like Hell’s Kitchen needed that first run, away slowly and took a long time to get going.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) 02.10pm

No 6 Lonhrotothetop
sat last in his first and only start, came wide in the straight and did start striding out late. I like what I saw and could really improve here. No 10 Supervera from the Hawkes clan has been gelded, and had blinkers on here. Forget his only race run 351 days ago. Is well bred, and has a good owner so watch markets. No 1 Bel Tornado was disappointing returning from the spell, was backed from $1.80 into $1.60 but never looked like threatening the winner. Should be a lot better for the run. No 4 Builder O’Reilly need to watch markets, trialed 45 weeks ago and comes here unseen. His dad was very handy.

Race 4 – 1600mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.45pm

No 3 Jollience
forget last start as was unlucky and his racing before that much better. No 5 Looklook like his last run and trialed well before that start. No 7 Miami Playboy returned with a solid first up run, looked better schooled that run. No 16 Promise Act two decent runs back from the spell.

Race 5 – 1100mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 4 Lis Nediym
has three runs back this preparation, all have been decent and last start finding line well late. No 8 Charlottes Mint was specked at big odds last start, came in from $31 - $26 late. Was too wide the whole way with no cover and took a toll in the straight. Did fight hard to the line. No 1 Gold Clooney has 59kgs to carry but does carry weight well, is racing in very good form and sure to fight all the way. No 5 Order Me two solid starts to her racing career in Australia, she will be better for her runs.

Race 6 – 2200mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.55pm

I don’t like this race, No 2 Zip Ole I have watched his last 5 runs and he can find the line well, came from well back last start wide down the straight hitting line flying to just get up. No 5 Silesea has drawn wide, has been consistent, last start saved ground along the rail before clearing off heels and hitting line well. No 9 Magnetic East forget last start, is way better than that run.

Race 7 – 1500mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 04.35pm

No 4 Unapred
has weight to carry but can do this and this race doesn’t look so strong, is racing very well and freshened. No 11 Mousseline last three runs has put her better foot forward. Back in open class and drops 2kgs will help. No 5 Arvan will be better for his first up run, I expect a fitter horse here. No 6 Lethal Dealings country form is decent, drops back in distance and has been freshened.

Race 8 – 1600mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 05.15pm

No 5 Flash O’Brilliance
has two good runs under his belt, he will appreciate the extra metres and sure to be running on in the straight. No 11 Rapt To Gogo is a little wide, has been freshened and last start ran a very good race over 1600mtrs. No 15 Pentire Lass form looks average but a good trainer and she will be better for her runs this preparation. No 1 Macro looked good winning last start but does jump up in weight

Ballarat Horse Racing Tips Thursday 3rd February 2011

Race 1 – 1200mtrs Maiden Plate – 01.00pm

A few first starters that have trialed and a couple that are well bred. I like No 5 Umachine, he won his trial in good time and out of Umatilla and he was a handy sprinter a long time ago. He won the G1 Karrakatta, G3 Hilton Stakes, 2nd in the G1 Blue Diamond, G2 Pago Pago so you can see he should sprint well fresh. He trialed with blinkers on and they worked and keeps them on for race day. No 3 Natural Attraction (Nom Sun 6th) has won his last trial and is from, Nathan Tinkler is very well bred, out of Redoute’s Choice and we know how handy he was, the dam also was smart Coogee Walk winning some nice races back in New Zealand. No 2 El Blazing Time will be better for his first run where he lead and fought hard to the line. No 4 Tee Off Tiger is coming back from a long spell, he ran 2 good races and should be better for the experience.

Race 2 – 1000mtrs 2yo Fillies Maiden Plate – 01.35pm

There are 8 first starters here and markets will be a good guide. On breeding No 2 Ervbefel, No 6 Not On Monday, No 10 Stratric, No 5 Kotzebue Lulu but again I would follow the money of the best backed horse through betting.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate – 02.10pm

I look forward to seeing No 12 Zero to Sixty (Nom Mon 7th), is nicely bred and won his trial well way back in November, Hayes put him away again maybe having his first start here. No 6 Lohengrin is well bred and I look forward to seeing here. No 1 Domesky (Nom Sat 5th) is a smart horse that has been around in much harder races, they are trying to break his duck so must be forward if he starts. No 5 King Vouge (Nom Sat 5th Sun 6th) ran a big race on debut as he nearly threw the jockey at the start. Ran a good race to finish second making ground late. Any scratchings throw in the No 9 Sons of God.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 02.45pm

This is an average race and the best for me is No 2 Ya Still Wonder, he doesn’t have a good record but I like all his runs this preparation, close to another win. No 8 King Triton (Nom Fri 4th) has two runs this preparation and last start led at a genuine pace before tiring. Will be fitter and better dropping back a little in distance. No 6 Viscera has been around the mark and a chance for the places. No 1 Show Dancer (Nom Sat 5th) is an interesting runner in the Bart Cummings stable, has changed from Gai Waterhouse and Cummings is a crafty fellow.

Race 5 – 1600mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap - 03.20pm

No 9 Model To Nite
is an ex NZ horse that ahs two Australian runs under her belt. Her first run at Geelong was solid and then a good win at Kilmore. Did get tired late in that win but sure to be fitter here. No 4 Monarchs was freshened for 30 days and returned with a good run, drops in class and is used to carrying this sort of weight and should be very fit. No 6 Te Jay (Nom Sun 6th) has run some decent races in his time, returned from 55 day let up with a nice run, just missed the win and jockey looked at the film as he thought about protesting. Made good ground late. No 1 Anudjawan was very slowly away and got too far back, is better than that and sure to be smarter here. Any scratchings throw in No 5 Takeonefortheteam is racing very well but needs to find a few yards of pace.

Race 6 – 2300mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 03.57

No 9 Flying Hula
has come back from her spell in good form, dead heated for 1st last start coming from well back making good ground late. Likes to get back and will be working home hard. No 6 Elms (No Sat 5th Sun 6th) is drawn wide, dead heated with the horse above last start. Did sit on the pace and fought hard down the straight. No 6 Hiphopopotamus (Nom Sun 6th) drops a lot of weight here, was working home well late last start and Symons sure to give every chance. No 13 Uma Love is another that was doing her best too late, got held up on the turn before finding clear ground finding the line well. Any scratchings No 7 Beer Garden.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs Fillies & Mares 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.37pm

No 3 Owners Priority
returned after a 52 day freshen up with a good win, in a good stable and sure to be ready. His Sire Lucky Owners was a very smart horse and should want this distance at least. No 1 Hindsight is dropping back in class but goes up in weight. She is a little frustrating but can run a decent race. No 2 Isabelle Lass has two starts from her spell, she is better than these runs if you watch some of her runs in Queensland. No 6 Starred For Life has returned from her spell in good form, all three runs has had some sort of trouble and last start was wide all the way.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap - 05.17pm

No 2 Under The Hat
returns from his spell, he was outclassed last start but also did a bit wrong in that race so forget. He looks a nice little horse and interested to see how he goes here. No 12 Ski Esprit (Nom Sat 5th) last two starts at the track have been good. A good front running win last start, time good for Ballarat and will again make then run an honest race. No 5 Morossa (Nom Mon 7th) is 4 runs back this preparation, forget his last start as he over-raced early and had to be checked off heels. Did too much early and weakened. His run before at Ballarat was very good, Bushrod was too good but worked home well. No 9 Loudest (Nom Sat 5th) from the Snowden camp, has returned froma long break looking smart with 3 good runs under his belt. A solid win last start.
