Sale Horse Racing Tips Thursday 17th March 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form. I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners.

I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings.

I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives.

Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Sale Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1213mtrs 2yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.30pm

A few first starters here so watch the markets for support and moves. No 6 Tommy Two I like the breeding and should sprint well, ran 2nd to Artic Command and I like what I saw of him and sure to have come on since then. No 1 Caravaggio a first starter from the Freedman camp, a $200,000 purchase and should go well fresh. No 9 Tully Costa was a $250,000 purchase, trialed 3 times and made her debut at Sale on March 3, she jumped badly and lost a lot of ground. She was very green in the run came 4 wide on the turn and laid in around 150mtrs out but still made good ground. Gets blinkers on here for first time and I think will be a big help. No 8 Embark (nom Sat) from the Hawkes camp, give a chance and forget her first run.

Race 2 – 1213mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

Again some first starters getting about here, watch the markets for support and moves. No 6 Longlea Lad (nom Sat, Sun, Mon) has two trial runs and won his last one, had blinkers on in that trial and looked better with them on and keeps them on here. No 11 Blue Nile has scratched from two trial runs so unseen, On breeding should go well. No 9 Stroemsky I will give a chance as did have excuses first preparation in some runs, Boss has stuck with him. No 3 Jungle Rover (nom Sat) keep an eye on markets. No 1 Agent (nom Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues) watch markets.

Race 3 – 1213mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.35pm

No 7 Candy Stripes
has been around in much harder class races, she has been a little disappointing but she has shown some promise in her races that I have seen and willing to give a chance. No 1 Colonial Sensation if you watch both her runs back this preparation she has looked good. She has really motored home and if she gets cover a big threat. No 9 Miffy won her trial nicely and she looks a nice horse, look forward to seeing her here and watch support in the markets closely. No 13 Very Cherry drops way back in class here, is first up and needed her trial, she is definitely a horse that has talent and just needs to take that next step.

Race 4 – 1422mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 02.10pm

No 5 Holder (nom Sat)
has been around in much harder races and not disgraced. Forget his Werribee run as the speed was on early and just never settled, will be much better over this sort of distance for sure. No 12 Show of Heaven (nom Mon) has ran a trial but nothing special, have to respect the breeding and trainer and give a chance. No 4 Funded (nom Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues) is nicely bred and I look forward to seeing when he starts. No 1 Friend is first up and should run well, it is good to see Noel Callow back and hope he gets into the winners circle more often. No 2 American Jet won his trial and then went to Wangaratta but never got going until too late.

Race 5 – 1213mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 02.45pm

No 11 Xian (nom Sat)
I like this horse a lot, ran 4 lengths off Sunday Rose a little while back and impressed me, since then has been frustrating watching her trial run and I have been told she looks good. No 1 Club Zero (nom Sat, Sun, Mon) an impressive win at Kilmore on a slow track on debut, was well supported in markets and lead and fought hard to hold on. No 4 Rorke’s Drift returned from the spell with a strong win, hot line hard with a good margin. Will push for the lead for sure from this barrier and run a forward race. No 9 Sendari will lead and make it an honest race and take chasing down.

Race 6 – 1213mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 8 Quadruple (nom Sat, Tues)
I like his last run, led at a good speed and was only run down very late, I think he has a chance of stealing this. No 2 Absolute King (nom Sat) returns from a long spell and will be better for his first preparation. His Kyneton win was very good. Watch markets for support. No 5 Magnificent Force hasn’t been disgraced in harder races and won a trial in good time on March 7th. No 1 Energized first start on Australian soil, watch markets for any support or moves.

Race 7 – 1722mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 03.57pm

No 9 Shiny Buttons
needs runs under the belt and she has two now. Will appreciate the extra metres and the weight drop with the class rise. No 1 Success Dostta will give a chance stepping back up in distance. No 3 Arvan not disgraced in two group 3 races over 2000 – 2200mtrs, have to respect. No 8 Richoman is racing well for the multiples.

Race 8 – 1722mtrs 0 – 62 Handicap – 04.37pm

No 3 Thebestmoneycanbuy
won well last start and should have won at Ballarat as well the start before but threw it away ducking out terribly losing all momentum and then flying again late to just miss. Led for a strong win last start, nothing made ground. No 4 Tuskegee Bomber is another horse racing well and need to respect, gets blinker here for the first time and will help with the horse laying in and out. No 6 Clearway no doubt has been a disappointment as a $575,000 plus purchase. Give a chance here as fist up run from the spell not so bad. No 2 Encosta Rica (nom Mon) is another that has been disappointing costing $300,000, is not so bad over this distance and further and should be around the finish.

Race 9 – 1422mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 05.17pm

No 4 Aussie Public (nom Sun)
won well his first run on Australian soil. Looked very nice and will be hard to beat on that run. No 2 Second Effort drops back in class here, has been a little disappointing after the way he started his career, give a chance as wouldn’t take a lot to lift and win this. No 8 Flash Gift (nom Tues) keep an eye on the markets for support as he can run a decent race and money will tell us where he is. No 14 Terphsichore (nom Sun) is an emergency but should get a start if she wants, last two starts have been very switched on and she is light.
