Bendigo Cup Horse Racing Tips Wednesday 26th October 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Bendigo Cup Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1100mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.00pm

A very hard race to start the day here and markets are going to be a good guide. If No 10 Flash Of Doubt (nom Thur, Fri, Sat) starts watch markets as a solid debut and backed from $6 - $3.80 in a betting plunge but just went down after racing wide all the way. I would expect first starter No 4 Hesitant to sprint alright first up on breeding, has a trial under the belt and wasn’t over stretched but looked good. No 3 Hermes returned with a decent run from the spell, looks better schooled this preparation. No 11 Niji watch markets and if any good goes in the markets get on board.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 12.30pm

No 3 Welcome Advice will find this a little easier than last start. Did a bit too much early on and weakened but fought hard all the way to the line. No 1 Danzare you have to respect as is well bred and debut run not a lot went right. Was very green and will get better with racing and just have to trust the breeding and the trainer. No 2 Koolasacat could have broken his duck last start but could not get clear running for a long way. I know that Oliver will give him every chance. No 4 Blue Eyed Jane keep safe after a decent return from the spell.

Race 3 – 1400mtrs 3yo Maiden Plate (set weights) – 01.00pm

A hard maiden race and markets will be a good guide. No 3 Clear returned from his first spell with a good run and will be better here with more distance a bonus as well for me. No 2 Brambles trialed way back in May and was put away. A top stable and a nicely bred horse and markets will be a good guide. No 7 In The Pocket looked to need his first up run and should have trained on. No 8 Kreuzberg give a chance as not a bad debut.

Race 4 – 1400mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 78 Handicap – 01.35pm

A nice race with the girls here. No 5 Sparks Alight $2.50 is short but looks very hard to beat and has my money on her. She is racing very well and last start won well and on that run is going to be hard to hold out back against her own sex. No 1 Mayneda Strategy $3.30 first up the task was a bit too hard and drops back here in grade and the 3kg claim is going to be a big help. She will be a threat. No 8 Starred For Life $11 is a good outsider as last two starts has been unlucky and looks good this preparation. No 6 Shysta $8 (nom Fri, Mon) for multiples.

Race 5 – 1100mtrs Class 1 Handicap – 02.10pm

I am looking forward to seeing No 1 Cash Bound return from his spell. He has been in work a while and will be fit and raring to go. He is a nice horse and watching some of his old races he looks to have plenty of talent but still learning. No 5 Ra Ikane was the red hot favourite last start and went down, maybe went a little too hard early and laid out late. He is also still learning but has potential. No 6 Testawan this run back from the spell is better than it looks on paper. Oliver gets on top a big bonus. No 9 Who Stole My Sock (nom Thur, Fri, Sat) is a horse you need to give a chance.

Race 6 – 1300mtrs 0 - 68 Handicap – 02.45pm

This is a hard race with plenty of chances and I look forward to watching it. No 12 Toned (nom Fri, Sun) is from the Hickmott stable with can frustrate me but this is a nice looking horse. He still has a lot to learn but he finds the line well and a really nice action. No 9 One Of The Boys has come back from the spell and been a little unlucky. Will be better suited here with a better track condition and a chance for me. No 5 Muchos Respectos (nom Thur) returned with a good win from the spell and forget his second up record as he has excuses in those runs. Give a chance. No 11 Hold For Applause has two trials coming into this and sure to be ready to fire.

Race 7 – 2200mtrs 0 - 68 Handicap – 03.20pm

Another hard race with a heap of chances and being the first leg of the quadrella you will have to go wide. No 10 Builder O’Reilly had a good first preparation, returned from the spell and had been underperforming but last start was a lot better. He is tardy from the barriers and this is costly but has to be a chance. No 2 Kolokotronis has the runs under the belt coming into this and with Oliver getting on top a bonus. This preparation has stepped out in distance well and should be around the finish. No 8 Balmoral for sure will give this a shake. No 13 Solarco last few runs cannot fault and respect.

Race 8 – 2400mtrs Handicap Bendigo Cup (Listed) – 04.00pm

I love the Bendigo Cup and the racecourse is beautiful and if you ever get a chance head at there for a day at the races. No 1 At First Sight $2.80 is nominated for The MacKinnon and Lexus Stakes and stable mate No 6 Tanby $3.60 is nominated for The Lexus Stakes on Saturday at Flemington. AFS hasn’t raced for a month after a high temperature and virus but apparently is in great order. AFS is safe in The Melbourne Cup field but Tanby would need to win here and win well and hope for a weight penalty for any chance of getting a run. No 11 Western Symbol $12 (Nom Fri) you cannot fault his Sydney form. No 13 Cosmonaut $9.50 (nom Sat) has come back after an operation and being gelded and looked good. Last start a solid win. No 9 Olympic Win $25 for multiple players.

Possible trifecta and if one of the Hickmott’s runners scratches put in No 11 and 13 or just take his one runner as a standout.

1,6 / 1,6,9,11,13 / 1,4,6,9,10,11,13

Race 9 – 1400mtrs Handicap – 04.40pm

This will be a tight race and a handful of chances. No 1 Flat Chat $5.50 was disappointing returning from the spell but give a chance as he was on fire last preparation, has been in work a while and markets will be a good guide. No 4 Folding Gear $5 returns here and will be ripped to go, has been working well and looks great I have heard. No 7 Sublimity $21 will be a much better horse here for sure, needs runs under the belt and has them and will be fit. Is better than current form suggests. No 5 Spirited Eagle $3.30 (nom Sat) is a big threat but is terrible jumping and often has to hustle hard after a poor start, cannot discount.

Race 10 – 1100mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 05.20pm

And a hard sprint to finish and this leg could add some big value to an already large quadrella. No 9 Tasos $9.50 a Sydney horse that was totally outclassed last start, Sydney form is solid. I think he will run a cheeky race. No 4 Sherpa $4 last two starts have been impressive in easier class. Last start was a strong win. No 8 Indian Diamond $23 has a nice each way bet riding for me. He has come back from a long spell and surgery with a couple of trials and a decent first up run. At this weight and with Nikolic a chance at odds if he is right. You cannot rule out No 12 Shiny and New $10 or No 10 Total Liberty $7 drawn wide but will be coming home hard late.

Possible quadrellas for tomorrow.

1,2,3,6,8,10,11,13 / 1,6 / 1,4,5,7 / 4,8,9,10,12 a cost of $320 a full unit.

2,8,10,13 / 1,6 / 1,4,5 / 4,8,9 a cost of $72 a full unit.

Cheap as chips quadrella.

2,8,10 / 1 / 1,4,5 / 4,8,9 a cost of $27 a full unit.
