Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Friday 7th October 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips

Race 1 – 1500mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (Apprentice Jockeys only SW) – 06.45pm

A maiden to start the night off. No 10 Torah a good first up run back from the spell. Will be better suited here over more distance but she does get back and may need a little luck down the straight. No 7 Charmarama also returned with a good run back from the spell. Found the line well late and the extra metres and further should suit better. No 6 Tyro Goddess last two starts have been fair and with the 3kg claim a good help and a multiple chance for players. No 3 Sands Like a Party also for multiple players. Kent’s first starter No 4 Welcome Advice you will just have to watch markets.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 68 Handicap – 07.15pm

No 1 Classic Elle
does go up a heap in weight here after a decent run in the group 3 Guineas Prelude as she did a bit wrong early on in the race and also took a big bump about 350mtrs out, flattened out well late. No 2 Rose Pattern is well bred and went across to Sydney after her debut win at Sale to tackle a listed race at Rosehill and ran a good race. Led at a genuine pace and fought hard all the way. No 4 Twilighting won well last start in an easy maiden, was backed from $9 into $3.40 and when stewards asked about the much improved performance the trainer could offer no reason. Obviously some knew the horse had improved going by the markets. Multiple players No 7 Trading Halt.

Race 3 – 3000mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 07.45pm

This is a very average staying race. No 1 Gotta Take Care returns to flat racing after the last two over hurdles. Weir has him going really well at the moment and looks the best to me by far. No 5 Crafty Cruiser has been up a long time but has two wins from as many starts at the distance and going well. No 3 Madaba Flyer I have watched a few of his races earlier on and can run a good race. Symons will need to put him to sleep and get a good sit to run the distance out I think.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 08.15pm

This is a tough race over the short scamper with plenty that have a genuine chance. No 8 No Means Go returns from a spell and looks great from what I have heard. I watched the trial run and he didn’t do a lot but wasn’t pushed either. He does have a good turn of foot and will definitely be charging home hard. No 4 Alpha Proxima goes well here and first up was a solid run. No 5 Alittlevolcanic is another with a good record at the track, has been freshened and will be one of the leaders from this barrier. No 7 Netra drops back in class here and I think will go a lot better against these.

Race 5 – 2040mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Handicap – 08.45pm

No 1 Dance With Her
even though the big weight you know she will run a big race as she loves this track and distance. She has been racing since February and hardly put a foot wrong those 16 starts. I hope she wins and goes to the paddock for a well deserved rest soon. No 7 Model To Nite is another racing well this preparation. First time over 10 furlongs but should run out the distance. No 5 White Yard will need this or further and is better than last few starts suggest. No 5 Placement on her day she can run a very good race, just go back and watch her runs in October last year.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 09.15pm

No 8 La Praline
is a nice little mare and her first up run was little flat. Has been freshened and will more than likely lead here. No 10 Bellantina returned with a good win from the spell. Won well finding the line full of running and a chance on that form. No 3 Verdasco is sure to be fit as has been in work a while, does find the line well. For multiples No 4 Melete.

Race 7 – 2040mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 09.45pm

No 4 Sunset Café
will get better with distance; will be fit and firing for sure. No 9 Almindoro is another that should appreciate the step up in distance and forgive last start as is better than that and did get his tongue over the bit before jumping. They have put the tongue tie on here. No 6 Savoy both Australian runs have been good and give another chance for multiples. Also No 1 Finiguerra is racing well.

Race 8 – 1600mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 10.15pm

No 9 Invincible You
has returned and looked good from the spell, last start a good win after being a little tardy early. Really flattened out well late and out to the mile and further will suit. No 4 Another Prelate will get back but sure to be charging home late. Emergencies No 11 Cosmic Causeway is light with the claim and if starts respect. No 12 Sea Galleon will want this and further and a good win returning from the spell.
