Moonee Valley Racing Tips Victoria Australia Friday 24th October 2014

I'm Back! I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Moonee Valley 24 / 10 / 2014

Race 1. - 4. Spirits Dance – 3. Free of Doubt – 5. Coronation Shallan – 8. Who You Know

Spirits Dance the likely leader and will take chasing down. Free of Doubt goes well fresh so watch markets. Coronation Shallan sure to be fitter for the good first up run. Outsider Who You Know for multiples as has speed and if gets across could make a race of this.

Race 2. – 1. Lady Cumquat – 6. In Masquerade – 2. No Excuses Bec – 4. Terai

Lady Cumquat will be short but out to this distance sure to be hard to beat. In Masquerade looked as a 3yo to want the mile or more and on the two runs back looks like she will step up to this. No Excuses Bec solid last start and if brings that form a threat. Terai has hit the line well last two starts, this is harder but respect.

Race 3. – 3. Black Jet – 5. Distant Dreams – 2. Freshwater Storm – 4. Aliyana

Black Jet down from QLD and has raced well up there. Last start big run and if can handle the way of going and the tight track then a big threat. Distant Dreams is the likely leader and if not too much pressure on up front could take some running down. 2. Freshwater Storm the worry is the weight and the track, only once in the money for 6 starts here. Have to respect on last start. 4. Aliyana better suited back to this distance and racing well in her on grade, this tougher for me but need to respect.

Race 4. – 3. More Radiant – 2. Tawteen - 1. London Lolly  – 9. Liberty Flame

More Radiant been running in much better races, last start did a bit wrong and not too far away. Sure to be coming home hard late. Tawteen will lead and take a lot of running down. If gets a chance to dictate the pace then hard to beat. I do believe that one of these two wll win and the others are just multiple hopes.

Race 5. – 11. Oh George – 2. Diamond Oasis – 9. The Bounty Queen – 7. Consorting

Oh George comes into this well at the weights. First up run was solid and sure to have tightened up. Blinkers on first time here will help a lot I think. Diamond Oasis has a big weight but need to respect. The Bounty Queen a big threat if jumps well, has plenty of speed and should get across and take running down. Consorting both runs this prep have been good, will be coming home hard and if gets a clear run will be hard to hold out.

Race 6. – 12. Artic Song – 14. Bashan – 7. Gridhian – 11. Riviera Riches

This is a very average lot and the best by far for me is Artic Song. Racing well and blinkers come off here. Doesn’t have a good turn of foot to finish but will grind this right out. Bashan much harder race last start and not disgraced, respect. Gridian been going alright in easier races, if gets a plumb run could surprise.

Race 7. – 7. Terravista – 1. Buffering – 12. Angelic Light - 10. Platelet

I like the looks of this Sydney horse, if handles the way of going sure to be charging home hard late. Buffering will lead and take a heap of running down. The two girls, Angelic Light not far off these guys last start and with Oliver on board just a bonus.

Race 8. – 1. Slow Pace – 6. Pheiden – 4. Massiyn – 5. Hvasstan

The get out race. Not an easy race here and a few chances. Slow Pace has a big weight and drawn poorly but if gets a soft run and not held up sure to hit the line hard. The favourite Pheidon wants this distance and will be hard to beat. Massiyn form looks terrible but this stable gets their horses fit, watch markets. Hvasstan I expect to be improved.

Best Bets: Rc 1. Lady Cumquat – Race 4. More Radiant

Best Value: Race 5. Oh George

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia Friday 22nd March 2013

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

 Race 1 – 3000mtrs Special Conditions Handicap – 05.45pm

No 1 You Think So $3.50 has 60kgs but looks the best horse here for me by a bit. Loves this track and will be hard to beat. I hope they don’t lead but take a sit and get a cart for as long as they can in the race. No 7 Toranos $7.50 last few runs have been decent and here at this weight should be able to give this a shake at the end. No 5 Gotta Take Care $9 has the runs under the belt here and back in weight and should be in this at the end. No 6 Aggregator $5.50 has never been over this distance but one for the multiples for me.

Race 2 – 2040mtrs 0-78 Handicap – 06.15pm

No 4 Fresh Light is racing well. Is up in grade and weight again but must respect in current form. No 8 Twin Soul having her first start in Australia last start and not too bad at all. Comes in here 2.5kgs better against Fresh Light and was doing best work too late last start. No 7 Major Coup is third run back from the spell and looked like he wanted more distance last start after coming home well late.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo Open Set Weights – 06.45pm

No 5 Chosen Moment $8.50 both runs back this preparation have been good and here they go with blinkers for the first time. No 3 Crystal Web $6.50 a much better second up run last start and have to think he has trained on as well. No 6 Flamberge $8.50 seems better down the straight than the bend but keep safe in multiples. No 8 Generalife $3.80 is a horse I would hope to have improved while in the paddock during the spell. Keep an eye on markets.

Race 4 – 1600mtrs 3yo Fillies Open Set Weights (Listed) – 07.15pm

No 3 You’re So Good $2.50 comes into this in good form. Last start they rode her more quietly as she usually likes to be on the speed. From this barrier if jumps well can go for the lead, if not can try and settle midfield. I think will be very hard to beat. No 5 Hai Lil $5.50 steps up in class here but drops weight and should match up here a long way. No 7 Grand Daughter $21 another with a big jump in class but she should be able to handle it. No 4 Summerbliss $7.50 might find this a little short but proven in group and listed company.

Race 5 – 955mtrs Open Handicap – 07.45pm

This is a very open sprint here. I could see a handful at the finish. No 1 Kulgrinda $5 has weight and drawn wide but need to respect the horse first up and at this track. No 6 Fab Fevola $4.80 has drawn well to lead here, drops weight stepping up into open company and could take some running down. No 3 Vatican $5 and No 4 Esprit De Bullet $6.50 can both run solid races when foot is on the till.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 4yo & up Mares Sunline Stakes Open WFA (Group 2) – 08.20pm

No 2 Spirit Song $4 first up from the spell not a lot of luck. Second up much better and sure to be spot on here in fitness. Should be able to carry this weight no worries. No 6 There’s Only One $6.50 should appreciate the extra metres here. Should be primed here but barrier a worry as gets back and could find a bit of traffic. No 11 Tavarnelle $10 should get a very good run from this barrier. Will be better for her first up run and one at odds to respect. No 13 Family Crest $15 will need luck from this barrier as she likes to lead or be on the speed and this could prove hard from way out here.

Race 7 – 1200mtrs 0-78 Handicap – 08.55pm

This is a very hard race, hardest of the night for me. No 4 Mecir is having first Melbourne start since coming across from Sydney. I watched 6 or 7 runs and I believe if this horse gets a clean run a chance with what I have seen. No 7 Our Protocol is racing well but a horrible barrier here. Will have to do it tough but respect.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs William Reid Stakes Open WFA (Group 1) – 9.55pm

The great Black Caviar is having what looks like her last start here in Victoria and I will be trackside after flying in tomorrow morning. Will be in Victoria for 3 days and am so looking forward to watching this amazing mare run. No 6 Black Caviar $1.05 after watching her return at Flemington with some apprehension as to her recovery from the Ascot trip, to see her break the track record sent a shiver down the spine. I would love to tell you to get out to the track to see her but it is sold out. This is a once in a lifetime horse. Not taking anything from the other modern day champs, like Sunline, Makyebe Diva, So You Think and so forth. For minor placings. No 7 Karuta Queen $26 could give Moody a quinella here. Will be the leader with Caviar shadowing every step of the way. Could hold on for second. No 3 Spirit of Boom $21 will give his all. First 4 players, No 2 Luckygray $26 first interstate runs was disappointing but give a chance.

Best Bet: Race 4 – No 3 You’re So Good $2.50

Best Eachway Bet: Race 3 - No 5 Chosen Moment $8.50
Best Outsider: Race 6 - No 11 Tavarnelle $10
Quadrella Numbers: 1,4,5,6 / 2,6,11 / 3,4,6,7,9,12 / 6  for $72 a full unit

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

After a horrible day at Caulfield for most punters but sure the bookmakers are more than happy hopefully we will get back on track.

Race 1 – 1600mtrs 3yo 0 – 89 Handicap – 06.45pm

A small field but a nice little race here. No 1 Deductible $1.70 is from my boogieman stable. His run back from the spell was very good but he is still green and learning. Was really flattening out well late. No 3 Harry’s Magic $8.50 had a three week break since last start win. A good hard fought win and this stable is going well. No 4 Rollerball $6 a good win last start. Raced wide a long way and the last 200mtrs really flattened out well. No 6 Bohemian Circus $5 is a definite multiple must for me.

Race 2 – 3000mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 07.15pm

Not a strong race at all here. No 1 Star of Jeune with the 3kg claim will be hard to beat and hope they sit him off the speed again like last start. No 4 Tide her last couple of starts in blinkers have been much improved and last start a very good run. No 2 Viva Delspec has been racing pretty well.

Race 3 – 1000mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 07.45pm

No 2 Lone Star $2.60
was disappointing as a very short priced favourite last start but have to give another chance. No 5 Zippa The Ripper $4 first run in Victoria was well backed and ran a solid race to go down fighting. No 6 Heart Of Melbourne $7 two wins and a failure but one to give a chance to as looks a nice horse. No 7 Your Excellency $6 for multiples.

Race 4 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Weight For Age Australia Stakes (Group 2) – 08.15pm

The only question is how far will No 6 Black Caviar $1.02 will win by. Value will be in the trifecta or first 4. For second No 1 Doubtful Jack $26, third No 3 Zedi Night $21 loves the track and forth No 2 Rock Classic $35.

Race 5 – 955mtrs 4yo & up Mares Handicap – 08.45pm

Running out of time. Tips are in order of preference. No 2 Centexpress $4.20, No 3 Ravenous Lass $3.50 and No 6 Bella’s Cry $7.50.

Race 6 – 2040mtrs 3yo Fillies & Mares Handicap – 09.15pm

No 3 Power O’Raylee $1.55
short but looks very hard to beat. No 5 Lonhrielle $8.50 might run this distance out now. No 1 Sean Baile Mor $7.50.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 09.45pm

No 7 Oregon Spirit $4
, No 3 Crawfish $2.50, No 5 Tube $5 and No 1 Scenic Scene $10.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 10.15pm

After doing the form I have three emergencies out in front. No 16 It’s Crunch Time $3.70, No 13 Koonoomoo $3.50, No 15 Lightenuff $13 and No 9 Muchos Respectos $4.50.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

All the races tonight are for horses without a metropolitan win.

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 2yo Fillies Handicap – 06.45pm

A nice race with some well bred horses here. No 1 Sabie won easily on debut and I think can handle the step up in grade here as she looked nice. No 7 My Iden Miss is one to give a chance to as she was wide most the trip on debut and copped a big bump 200mtrs out. Well bred and looked alright. The unraced lot I look forward to seeing a few over more distance but No 4 Lethal Rock could sprint well as mum was handy over the scamper and dad was a three race star. No 3 Demasheen another I think will have speed but better over more ground for sure for me.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Handicap – 07.15pm

No 2 What A Beauty
has really clicked this preparation and finding the line very well. Does get back which is the worry with the short straight so will need to be much handier when they straighten. No 5 Terpsichore I can see stalking WAB and another that is racing well and finding the line this preparation. No 8 Monte Bella a good win back from the spell and then second up saddle shifted just after jumping. Cannot leave out. No 6 Besant for multiple players.

Race 3 – 3000mtrs Handicap – 07.45pm

No 4 Pennon
has never been past 2500mtrs but is racing well and a very good chance for me. Payne has a chance to quinella the race with No 3 Tide and the 3kg claim will help and she has run some very handy races in the past and going alright this preparation. No 7 Count La Za a good win last start and should have tightened up a bit from that as well. No 5 Gatecrusher as a multiples injector.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 4yo & up Mares Handicap – 08.15pm

No 2 Lone Star
if starts here is going to be very hard to beat for me. I do think this horse has a lot of potential and a little of this last start. No 1 Staralan South Australian form looks solid and with the claim need to respect. No 4 Hillfire on current form looks a chance. No 5 Bella’s Cry I would have on top but the barrier as there is a bit of speed under her here. More than likely scratch.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 3yo Handicap – 08.45pm

No 2 Pakari Toa
a very impressive debut win and look forward to seeing here with a few better horses to go up against. No 1 Catacomb not sure what happened at Caulfield last start but prepared to forgive as was specked at odds. Have to trust on Bendigo run. No 4 Almahaab has been gelded during the spell. Well bred and this could make a big difference just have to wait and see. No 3 Zuckerberg returns from his first spell and both runs to date were solid.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs Handicap – 09.15pm

No 9 Prizum $3.20
I think Oliver gets an excellent chance here for a winner. Has two runs under the belt and should be tip top here. Got too far back last start but worked home well late. No 14 Jazz King $13 if gets a start need to respect but the worry is the barrier as gets back and could get pocketed. No 15 Northern Jet $11 is another emergency if gets a start not without a chance for me. Has been racing very well. No 4 Ship In The Night $4.60 is very hard to followbut when he is right he can run a very good race.

Race 7 – 1200mtrs 4yo & up Mares Handicap – 09.45pm

Going over the form No 11 Glamour Rock $2.60 does get a huge chance here for another win. The barrier and weight are perfect but she does seem to race better just off the pace. If she can get a sit on the leaders back and a split on the turn hard to beat. No 1 Dashalot $17 has the big weight and will lead here but the trainer hasn’t gone for the claim. Forgive last start as over-raced and pulled up making a respiratory noise. No 6 Straveen $6.50 with the 3kg claim is sure to be competitive and should be fit as a fiddle. No 2 Impulsive Dream $17 returns from a 72 week spell and she was a well bred horse that was hit by injury. I hope she returns well as she could win more than a couple of city races.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs Handicap – 10.15pm

No 4 Lord Of Arms $7.50
often doesn’t run a great trial and usually runs two or three. Only the one coming in here but sure Payne has him fired up and goes well first up. No 2 Flash Kid $7.50 last two starts have been in easier races but this horse can run a very smart race and sure to be fit. No 12 Our Rubistar $31 Nikolic can really lift a horse at times and last start is a lot better than it looks on paper. No 6 Intreeg $15 is drawn wide but should cross the field. If gets to do this easy a chance if has to fight for the lead then no chance.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Saturday 31st December 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

My $100 in bets yesterday race 6 No 14 Laugh At Life $50 the win was poor but in Race 7 No 4 Saneyev for $50 the win got up at $3.20 so now $40 in profit again. Today’s $100 is going race 5 No 9 Pied A Terre $3.70 for $100 the win.

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 2yo Handicap (Open set weights) – 06.30pm

An interesting race to get the night off and racing here. Markets are going to be a very good guide here for sure. Current favourite No 2 Ockham’s Razor $3.00 hasn’t been seen since his trial back in October where he did look nice. No 5 Belisama $5 (nom Thur) I thought looked alright in her trial and her stable mate that won the trial was unlucky on debut and raced alright. Hard race so keep an eye on markets.

Race 2 – 2040mtrs 3yo Handicap – 07.00pm

No 2 Westsouthwest $2.30
stepped out to 2,000mtrs last start and a very good win. Did it pretty easily and on that run a big threat. No 1 Soaked $4.60 is another that has stepped up in distance well. Has been finding the line well and should be able to carry the weight. No 7 French Tang $5.50 she improved a lot last start and is handy at the weights.

Race 3 – 1200mtrs 3yo Fillies Handicap – 07.35pm

No 4 Roses In The Glen $6.50
this is a class rise but she did return with a good win from the spell. She has had a nice little break since then and I am sure Price is going to have her ripped here. No 3 Empress Cleo $7.50 another Price runner with two wins in a row back from the spell and finding the line well and should appreciate the extra metres. No 9 Testanova $9 was doing best work too late and just forgive and respect. The favourite No 2 Delegance $3.30 I am willing to risk they will have to push her forward from this barrier and Tykook will come across and lead and I don’t think she can lead all the way.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 0 - 95 Handicap – 08.05pm

No 6 Weekend Special $2.70
I backed on opening markets earlier this week as his win back from the spell was very good. A class rise so drops some weight and I hope he has trained on here. No 1 The Soldier $3.50 is one of the better top end horses I have seen and a shame they didn’t bring him down before now. The 2kg claim a big help and don’t forget this horse was carrying 63kgs up the top end. No 3 General Truce $3.50 I personally think he is a little short at the moment but do need to respect with the 3kg claim.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 08.35pm

No 9 Pied A Terre $3.20
I got a little better on opening markets at $3.70 and he may drift a little but I cannot see a lot. Returns from his unbeaten two race debut preparation and he looked very good in his trial and wasn’t pushed. I don’t see a lot of threats here. No 15 Chewing Steel $13 is one scratching way from getting a run and this is a lot harder than last starts 62 handicap it was a good one the speed that was genuine win. Drops a wallop of weight as well. No 1 Costa In The Glen $7 not a lot of luck returning from the spell and the extra metres should suit. No 4 Jugahlation $6 (nom Mon) if starts should be in this a long way.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 09.05pm

When I was doing the form for this race I thought it was pretty open and think that the current top couple of picks are a little short for me. No 10 Bolton $3.40 for sure is a big threat and last start at Caulfield when making good ground copped a bump and then had to check. Will appreciate the mile and further. No 13 Lonhreign $4.60 (nom Mon) no jockey nominated here yet and if starts a good chance as stays down in the weights and a good win last start. He seems a lot better in the blinkers this preparation. No 14 Murdoch’s Joy $4.60 a big run last start and not a lot of luck on the fence as no clear running until about 100mtrs out and found the line well. Gets regular rider back on top here as well. An outsider for roughie punters No 6 Keep Control $21 I heard a whisper from a friend that he is going well in training and has run the odd solid race so I had a little $100 each-way bet. Will fund most of New Years dinner party if gets up.

Race 7 – 2040mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 09.35pm

I am giving No 14 Slippery Satin $3.40 a chance. Forgive after being terribly away last start. Is not the best away usually but last start was horrible. Struggled to get into the race and only come off the heels last 300mtrs out and did work home alright. I do think this horse is much better than we have seen. No 7 Apres $6.50 is going very well this preparation. Hasn’t helped himself the last couple of starts over-racing and pulling in the early running. If Nikolic can get him all together he is a big threat for me. No 9 Danahere $10 usually needs a few runs and has that now. Last start threw a shoe and pulled up sore but I think we should see a better horse. No 1 Bel Sir $7.50 a cheeky front running win last start and with the 3kg claim will try and do it again here. No 10 Bold Trojan $4.60 was disappointing last start but this stable you have to respect.

Race 8 – 1000mtrs 4yo & up Mares Handicap – 10.05pm

All I know is Luke Nolen cannot ride two horses at once. No 11 Show Up $4.40 came across from NZ and won her trial and then also a good win on a heavy 8 at Sandown in good time and a strong win. Moody also has him nominated of his only runner so will have to wait and see. I am looking at backing her but do want better odds of at least $5 in this hard and open race. No 2 Big Spirit $6.50 will led and if she can get away with not going too hard a big threat. No 4 Centexpress $9 is a little wide and she may try and tear across and lead but hopefully goes for the sit and tries to run them down. No 1 Obsidian Dragon $4 can carry the big weight and racing well.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 2040mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 06.45pm

I think this will be a competitive race between a few good chances. No 8 Bold Trojan (nom Thur) take last start win with a pinch of salt. His two starts back from the spell have been promising and he does look more switched on. Blinkers first time in his big win last start and just have to wait and see if he can repeat here. No 9 Jeune Baby Jeune (nom Sat) two runs back from the spell have been good and the weight is right and sure to be tip top condition. No 3 Bianmick last couple of starts has been over 1800 and 2040mtrs, these were the first runs past the mile and they were good. No 5 Bel Sir if starts a 5 day turnaround but need to respect as racing well.

Race 2 – 2040mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 89 Handicap – 07.15pm

I see this as another hotly contested race with a few chances here. No 4 Flying Hula $2.90 with the claim and current form hard not to put on top and if runs like the last couple of races will be right there at the end. No 1 Manila Jewel $4 is a big threat and the horse I am more than likely going to back but do want better odds than currently being offered. I think a big each way go but am waiting for any scratching. The claim will be a big help and I hope to start the night off well here. No 3 You I Find $6 she usually needs runs under the belt and has that here and the claim a bonus and should be more than competitive. No 2 Cadenzia $4.20 needed that first up run and is sure to be better here. Multiple players don’t leave out No 6 Champagne Love $9.

Race 3 – 1000mtrs 3yo 0 – 78 Handicap – 07.45pm

This could be a big blanket finish for sure. No 7 Your Excellency $5.50 haven’t seen since solid debut win where he was smashed and bookies were in tears being backed from $6 - $1.80. Did trial a couple of weeks back and looked very good. No 3 Stratumsphere $6 won first two race starts before failing down the straight at Flemington. Returns here and keep safe and I look forward to seeing on top of the track. No 10 Kid Kobe $13 this is a test for sure but last couple have been alright and I think better with the blinkers off. This horse just missed a listed race win. No 9 Empress Cleo $10 opened short but drifted in markets first back from the spell but won well. No 4 Sweet Music $4.60 is the current favourite and form is good and another with a good chance.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 4yo & up Mares Handicap – 08.15pm

Another fast and furious dash here and there are a few that like to lead. It could set them up to be run down or get the others off the bit but have to wait and see. No 3 Centexpress has drawn wide but has gate speed and will get across but may be a little wide. Have to respect at this weight and a good threat. No 6 Exceed and Excite is going for 5 in a row here and stepping out to open handicap keeps the weight down and will lead from this barrier. No 7 Save A Penny was well backed last start here from $12 - $8.50 and a good win but her stablemate No 8 Overexposed tried hard to upset the punters. Both are light and Overexposed will be another leading the race. I am hoping Centexpress gets a sit behind EE and OE.

Race 5 – 1500mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 08.45pm

No 13 Friend in Deed
(emergency / nom Sun) if starts he comes into this in good form and light with the class rise. I think a better chance here than Sunday. No 3 Condahussler (nom Wed) is racing well and can carry weight and a chance for sure. No 2 Murdoch’s Joy when Cox comes to the city you have to be careful. I don’t think he has had a runner for months in the city and this horse will be ripped for sure if I know Cox. No 8 Seguro for multiple players.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 3yo Handicap – 09.15pm

I think the markets are a little skinny here and the odds should be a lot better than currently on offer. I think there are a couple of chances outside the two shorter favourites. No 1 Cash Bound $3.50 I look forward to seeing over the mile for the first time. Won first up from the spell as expected and then failed at Sandown but never recovered from the poor start. Redeemed with a solid win last start and must respect. No 8 Soaked $12 is juicy for me. This horse caught my eye in the videos really finding the line well in them. Sure only won his maiden last start but the weight is good and a more than handy jockey. This is my each-way bet. No 4 Fedde $12 is another at odds and watching videos of his NSW form not so bad. First start in Victoria but should be running on late. No 2 Sabres $3.60 well bred and racing well, can carry the weight and a big chance as well.

Race 7 – 1200mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 72 Handicap – 09.45pm

No 11 Testanova
broke her maiden status last start returning from the spell. She looks handy and should win a few in the city for sure. No 5 Song Of The Bell has been back in work a while and first up here but I do expect a forward showing from what I have heard she looks good. No 1 Draw forward surprised me and many others first up last start. Won a decent odds and not an easy run as was wide. I worry about the weight but the trainer has not engaged an apprentice so must be confident. No 2 Florets we have definitely not seen the best of this horses ability but keep safe.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 10.15pm

And a hard but very open betting race to finish the night off on. No 4 Set Me Straight $6.50 is racing very well but this is a big class rise but form and weight not without a big chance for me. No 6 Face Off $8.50 I remember when he came across from NZ and won his first couple of races, since then he hasn’t quiet hit top form. He won last start but if you watch the 4 starts before that in every race had something go wrong or a little unlucky. If he stays out of trouble I cannot see why not a threat. No 5 Dazza $9 hasn’t been great around this distance of late but much improved last start and can be more than handy. No 8 Le Remas $6 does have excuses for last start and hit line well too late, form has been very good and at this weight a big threat. No 13 Sutonic $5.50 gets a start if they want and light and a big threat for sure. Very hard and open race here.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate (set weights) – 03.45pm

The girls start the day off and I am going with first starter No 10 Stella Grace (nom Thur) as I like the breeding and her trial run she looked nice. No 5 Philippa Miss returned from the spell with a good run on a slow track and I think will be better on top of the ground and also be fitter. No 3 Noplacelikehome (nom Thur) is another that I think will be better stepping out in distance and also having the runs under the belt.

Race 2 – 2040mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 04.15pm

No 6 Memphis Bay
a good run over the distance at the track last start and could have finished closer with more luck. No 3 Circle The Globe is racing well but my worry is running out the distance but respect. No 7 Questioning is racing well and found trouble in first three runs this preparation and then last start hammered home from last place to just go down. No 8 She’s Ayce for multiple players.

Race 3 – 1800mtrs 0 - 82 Handicap – 04.50pm

No 10 Saddle The Stars
is racing very well and will give this a big shake. No 3 Pennon can carry the weight and is very consistent around the trip. No 2 Elms have to respect the breeding but has been a little disappointing to date. No 1 Bunker Boy for multiples.

Race 4 – 3000mtrs 0 - 89 Handicap – 05.25pm

No 2 Unchain My Heart $1.65
will be very hard to beat, value will be in multiples. No 1 Prussian Officer $3.80, No 3 Star of Jeune $5.50, and No 4 Flash O’Brilliance $21.

Race 5 – 1600mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 06.00pm

No 4 Sheahan $1.80
(nom Wed) looks hard to beat but this stable has let me down many times. No 8 Smoking Aces $5, No 2 Madaba Flyer $14 (nom Wed) and No 9 King Usain $8 (nom Wed).

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 06.35pm

No 3 Rebel Truce $5
(nom Wed) he has impressed me this preparation and been running without luck. I have already backed but odds were a bit better than this. No 6 Tahitian Black $12 last couple of starts have been better and Melham is in very good form. No 7 Ben Zena $3.40 for sure the one to beat. No 9 Dazza $8.50 (nom Wed) for multiples.

Race 7 – 2040mtrs 4yo & up Mares 0 – 68 Handicap – 07.10pm

No 7 Zoomania $4.80 (nom Wed) they put blinkers on her for the first time last start and she saluted. Maybe she has finally matured as she looks much better this preparation. No 2 Olimpica $4.20 two good wins in a row in easier country races last couple of starts but back against her own sex here and not without a chance. No 5 Eclipse Rouge $3.80 broke her maiden status last start at the track and distance and on that run a chance for sure. No 8 Dashing Trios $6 for multiple players.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 4yo & up Mares 0 – 72 Handicap – 07.45pm

One to keep an eye on is No 13 Fit And Ready $9 (nom Thur) an emergency and if gets a start watch markets. Having first start for Price since coming across from Waterhouse’s stable. Well bred and sure to have matured a little in the paddock. No 5 Arrived $8 (nom Mon) her last preparation she didn’t have much luck watching the videos. A few preparations back she run some very good races. Her first up run this preparation got back and raced tight between runners, got to the fence but had horses in front and never got to stretch out but she looked good to me. Very good value at $8. No 8 Louisville Dancer $3.80 (nom Wed) is another that first up didn’t have a lot of luck in the running but looked good to the line. No 1 Charlottes Mint $10 for multiple players.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Friday 9th December 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (Set weights) – 06.45pm

I do expect one of the first starters to salute here. No 8 Radium is well bred and won his trial and looked a nice horse. No 7 Ozone Bar I also expect to sprint well fresh but do think another 200-400mtrs will suit better on breeding. No 5 Harvey The Rabbit (nom Mon) also should have speed and a chance to sprint well. Of the raced lot No 2 It’s Crunch Time a decent debut before failing on a heavy track and returns here and should have matured a little. No 1 I’m A Soldier last couple of runs have been good.

Race 2 – 1533mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (Set weights) – 07.15pm

I have backed No 2 Verification I watched all 4 runs this preparation and every one he has been a little green or run into a problem and also been a little unlucky. His first start in blinkers last start and if the jockey can keep him out of a trouble I think a big chance. No 12 Parnissius just have to give a chance if gets a start. First up from the spell disappointed but trust the breeding. No 3 Itzablur has stepped out in distance well last few starts and finds the line well. Doesn’t have a lot of gate speed so will get back and traffic could be a problem. No 7 Kenona Lass this is much harder than last couple of starts but they were decent.

Race 3 – 2500mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 07.45pm

I have already backed No 3 Dame Claire $3 as she is racing well and had a couple of weeks break and last start a big run. Was 3 wide with no cover leaving the straight the first time and eventually led around the 1200mtr mark. Was put under pressure near and around the bend but went head to head to the line to just go down, huge run. Comes in better at the weights going up in class. No 5 Gatecrusher $5.50 not a bad effort at the Valley for the first time. Got checked, brushed near the 600mtr mark but found the line alright after straightening. No 2 Snitza $2.70 has a 2kg claim and I know we will see a better horse than last start and a big threat. No 6 Derisive $6 (nom Sun) a definite multiples contender.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 08.15pm

This is going to be a fast race early as there are plenty of genuine leaders here and I am sure they will fight for it. It is more than likely going to set up the race for a horse off the pace but we will see. No 8 Weekend Special $4.40 is more than likely going to be one of those leaders. He is returning from the spell and a great preparation last time. Morphettville can be a hard place to judge form on but this horse does look handy and sure to have matured more in the paddock as well. No 11 Strike The Tiger $7 (nom Wed) I think Leon has him primed here as his trial he did look looked good and not pushed. No 1 Cellarmaster $6 (nom Sat) Payne has not been able to get him to sprint as he did as a 2yo in NZ and will be better over further but a multiples chance for me.

Race 5 – 1600mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 68 Handicap – 08.45pm

This is a hard girl race for me. No 1 Two Sugars $5.50 and this is going to be a big test with this weight. Last couple of starts have been good wins on wet tracks in the country. Comes back against her own sex here and just give her a chance. No 3 Gig $4.60 she went up in weight last start against the fillies and held on a long way. She will have benefited from the run and a good chance here. No 4 Annario $5 broke her maiden class with a good front running win at Ballarat and cleared well away from them. No 5 Dayita $3.50 a Moody runner won returning back from the spell. Did just fall in but was a hard run being wide with no cover. Got to the lead on the turn and flattened out well but got tired late.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs 4yo & up Mares 0 – 68 Handicap – 09.15pm

I don’t like this race much at all. No 8 Red Rose Bud (nom Sun) her first trip to the city last start and a good run. She sat up on the speed and ground home well but just couldn’t find that extra gear needed. No 3 Gadabout forget last start as not much luck or a good ride. Has been racing well before that. No 4 Danyme has been hammering to the line of late and Froggy sure to give a good steer. No 2 Spirit Song for multiples.

Race 7 – 2040mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 09.45pm

No 5 Seeking Chi $3.70
has stepped out in distance well and seems to have settled in now since coming across the Tasman. Forgive last start as he did pull hard in the race and looked a little underdone to me and should be ripped and ready here. No 2 Jeuneys End $2.80 (nom Sat) the trainer advised he was to be ridden back last start and was. Backed from $101-$61 late in the markets and run a big race without some luck during the running. No 6 Te Jay $13 give a chance as last start just didn’t seem switched on to the task but is better than that run. No 10 Magnetic East $51 the value injector for multiples.

Race 8 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 72 Handicap – 10.15pm

A tricky race to finish the night off on. No 5 Lis Nediym give a chance from last start. Copped a big whack on jumping and settled last. Came wide on the bend and into the straight warming up slowly. Can find the line very well. No 9 Dashing Miss (nom Tue, Wed) is another to forgive first up effort from the spell. Sat last, got into traffic on the bend and came wide in the straight and only seemed to get going last 75mtrs. No 6 Save A Penny I like this apprentice and the claim will help and I give a shot for multiples. No 2 Glenariff as well for multiple players.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Friday 2nd December 2011 Victoria Australia

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1200mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 68 Handicap – 06.45pm

This is going to be a hard opening race for punters I think. No 2 Song Of The Bell I am banking on she has matured a little more in the paddock and will get the distance here. She is a nice horse that has some good runs under her belt. No 9 Lookater a good maiden win last start. It was only at Warrnambool but a cheeky front running effort and caned them. No 4 High Class Lady is also a Bool horse and going to the city in good form with two wins in a row but this could test but respect. No 1 Still has the 3kg claim off her back and first up only found her feet too late but stretched out nicely late.

Race 2 – 2040mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 07.15pm

No 8 Hamel
has come back this preparation looking a lot better and ran some decent races and the first time over the distance here. I hope he runs it out. No 12 Lunar Blonde ran a very good race here at the track last start over the distance. Got away poorly and sat well back last but tacked on around the bend and really flattened out well hitting the line hard. No 1 Flying Hula was in the same race as LB and beat her home by a nose. She also ran a good race working into it well from back in the field but just going down in a grinding finish. No 10 Mr Consolidator has the runs under the belt here but his problem is his tardiness from the barriers but will be charging home hard.

Race 3 – 3000mtrs 0 – 89 Handicap – 07.45pm

No 3 Jumpin Jack Cash $2.70
I was surprised that Payne didn’t have an apprentice with a claim here but he must be confident. It was a strong win but an extra 4kgs will give him a test. No 6 Crafty Cruiser $6.50 is being backed up from last weekend where he didn’t handle the heavy track. He is solid around this distance and is light and if he has eaten up and trained on from the run last week should be around the finish. No 8 Flash O’Brilliance $26 not a bad effort first time to the city last start. Jumped at $61 and went back last but worked home well for third. Will need to find another gear to challenge JJC. No 5 Unchain My Heart $4.40 has been racing well across in Sydney and returns home but needs to show that form here but respect.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 3yo 0 – 78 Handicap – 08.15pm

A small field but should be a very good race. I think No 3 Rockbird $5.50 is value. He was never supported on debut and not a great run. Returned with a strong trial and started $1.40 favourite and won. Not a convincing win being so short but I do think he will be better on the better going as well. No 2 Lady Antebellum $2.80 a nice front running horse backed well last start and won well. Hard to beat on that form. No 4 Sweet Music $3.80 a good debut and then backed up and won hitting the line had to just get there. Looks nice at the weights. No 1 The Counterfeiter $3 must include in multiples.

Race 5 – 1523mtrs Mares 0 – 78 Handicap – 08.45pm

A hard way to start the quaddie. No 5 Grenada Road $5 this is her biggest test to date by far but Moody has been patient with her and she returned with a good win on a heavy track. She looked nice and just have to trust her breeding and the trainer. No 9 Taxee $8 a cheap buy at $7k and has already won 16K in two starts. Comes to the city and she is light at 52kgs. She is still very green but I like what I have seen of her. No 1 Maquina $4.80 I really don’t know if she will start here because of the weight, even with the claim she is a little too heavy for me but Saturday would be perfect for her. No 7 Resounding Miss $7 SA form is good and fist up from the spell looked a little underdone but need to respect this stable. Any scratching keep No 3 Dashalot $5.50 in calculations.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs Handicap – 09.15pm

No 5 Turnitup $3.50
returned with a solid run from the spell at WFA. Is much better off here and I backed as soon as I could and did get better odds than this. I have had a good go at him as I got great mail from a very good source and just have to trust what they have said about his work on the training track. No 6 Eraset $4.80 forgive last start as the rain came down and maybe didn’t handle it. He is a solid and form is very good this preparation. No 9 Goldens Choice $6 at this weight will be competitive and goes well at the track and at the distance. No 1 Lord Pyrus $6 a big weight and I do think it will be too much but he is classy.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 3yo 0 – 78 Handicap – 09.45pm

No 1 Brambles $2.40
I also backed in early markets and did get a little bit better odds than this. I cannot see him drifting much from this quote, maybe he will go out a little on race-day but I doubt it as I think more money is going to come for him. His debut run he was green and over-raced and got caught behind runners weaved inside tiring runners and flattened out well late. The next two starts thumped his opposition. For me No 2 Sabres $5 is the only threat but I do think he is going to just be outclassed here. No 3 Horico $5 I think the weight will tell late but this preparation with the blinkers on is two wins in a row. No 5 Upbeat $6.50 for multiple players and No 11 Economic $21 being a Hickmott horse anything is possible.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 10.15pm

Not an easy race to finish the night on. No 9 Roman Eye his form might show three first up runs for no wins but a couple have been unlucky and he races very well fresh. The 1.5kg claim a big help and expect him to give this a shake. No 5 Plain Lucky the weight does worry me and the 2kg claim a help though. Back from the spell didn’ handle the slow track before a solid run as a short favourite at Sandown midweek. Last start give a chance as he did do too much work early from the wide barrier and led them at a good click, only weakened 100mtrs out. No 11 Tahitian Black I think is a better horse than we have seen of late and just have to respect. Emergencies No 13 Lady Pania and No 16 Ziggy’s Crown if start are not without chances.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Friday 25th November 2011 Victoria Australia

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 2yo Fillies (set weights NMW) – 06.45pm

I am going with No 3 Drink Card is unseen but I like the breeding and should be a decent sprinter. No 2 Belisama and No 1 Anjea I cannot split and expect both to have speed but do think they will be better over more distance.

Race 2 – 1514mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 68 Handicap – 07.15pm

No 2 Gig $2.50
steps out in distance and this looks like it will suit going on last start. I have already backed her at odds a little better and think she will shorten on the current quote as well. Was away poorly but worked hard and really found the line well. This horse will improve with racing for sure. No 1 Blue Ribbon $3.20 will find this much harder than last her last two start wins. But she is racing well but think she will find Gig too good. For multiples I cannot separate No 3 French Tang $5.50 and No 4 Trail $5.

Race 3 – 2040mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 07.45pm

This is a very average maiden for a 30k pool. I am going with No 3 Johnny Goodgear first up here. I am sure Kent will have him forward and watching his runs last preparation he did show a bit of potential but also was a little unlucky. No 6 War Hawk has been racing well this preparation in SA and not without a show on that form. No 1 Faldo I do think will be stretched here but a good run last start working home well down the straight. No 8 Eclipse Rouge for multiple players.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Handicap – 08.15pm

This is a hard sprint here and nothing really jumps out at me. No 4 Guru Bay $6.50 all his form has been on the synthetic track but I like what I have seen and think his only run on the grass with the heavy track didn’t suit and will be better here. Give a chance. No 12 Louisville Dancer $4.60 a good first preparation and some promising runs and comes in here light with the 2kg claim and respect first up. No 11 Exceed and Excite $4.60 is another that had good form on the synthetic track and then went on for two good wins on the grass. Will lead and give them something to chase down. No 7 Lady Chopin $9 for multiples.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 72 Handicap – 08.45pm

No 1 Anklets $3.50
you cannot go past her. She is still learning if you ask me and her first up run from the spell at an easy race and the time isn’t great but it is more the way she won. The 2kg claim will be a big help as well. No 6 Lady Pania $9 I think is a good outside bet. The claim is a big help but can carry bigger weights anyway and does have a good sprint fresh. For multiples and could add some good value No 5 Tolka Polka $21 and No 10 Halo Miss Maher $17.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 09.15pm

No 13 Massoni $3.50
I am looking forward to his return from the spell. He showed a bit of talent last preparation and see how he is coming back. An outsider No 5 Mossadina $15 is a country trained horse but I wouldn’t dismiss fresh from the spell. No 8 Emboldened $7.50 a good run back after the trip down from Darwin and will only improve. No 4 Song For Guy $13, No 7 Adaptor $9 and No 9 Miss Elvee $6 are all threats for the multiple players.

Race 7 – 1600mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 09.45pm

No 12 Red Rose Bud $5
just won her maiden last start but looked alright in doing so and this isn’t a strong race. No 3 Classic Cameo $4.80 is racing very well and last start under the lights in Sydney ran a good race and have to respect. No 6 Be Tolerant $8 this is harder than last starts win but did find the line well and should be primed third run back. No 1 Princess Diablo $9 the claim will help and will be grinding to the line for sure. No 7 Cosmic Challenge $5 over-raced terribly last start and the jockey has been suspended for 6 weeks. I think it was pace setting for its stablemate that won but there was insufficient evidence for this. Keep safe as a good stable wanting to prove a point.

Race 8 – 2500mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 10.15pm

I am more than willing to risk the favourite that is way too short for me in my opinion but will find out if I am right later tonight. No 12 Blasting $13 an outsider for me last couple of runs have been good and this is a push but could sneak in at this weight. No 2 Dame Claire $5 is another that is racing well and on current form should give this a shake. No 3 Gatecrusher $9 first up run was a little disappointing but is sure to be better here and another with a chance at odds. No 7 Saddle The Stars $3 is short and I agree is racing well but I think will find this a hard task.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Saturday 19th November 2011 Victoria Australia

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo 0 – 78 Handicap – 12.40pm

A nice little race to start the day and good odds on offer here and there is plenty of speed in the race. No 8 Roxit $4.60 a strong win on debut and a bit of a surprise as was not supported in the markets. It was a strong grinding win and remains light and a threat again for sure on that run. No 1 Rescue Mission $5.50 will run a cheeky race and lead a long way, the small 1.5kg claim is a big help. No 2 The Counterfeiter $5 is another that will be up on the speed or leading and again in this a long way. I cannot see anything else but one of those three winning. For multiple players No 6 Nodrems $8 and No 7 Silver Falls $8.

Race 2 – 3000mtrs 0 – 89 Handicap – 01.20pm

Another good betting race. No 2 Pergola $3.80 is a horse that gets better with racing and last start he showed he was getting his fitness back coming home well. Will be suited here as there should be a little pace on here. No 5 Palmero $7.50 got to give this Kiwi a bit of a chance. Both runs in Australia have merit and last start took a while to get going but was finishing off well. No 4 Jumpin Jack Cash $3.20 I think is too short but you have to respect on his win two starts back. He usually gets ridden off the pace but that win two back sat on the speed and won well. No 8 Dell $13 (nom Thur) was well beaten by JJC last start but not a bad effort first time over the trip. A big value injection for multiple players that could sneak a place is No 13 Count Lotus $61.

Race 3 – 1500mtrs 3yo Fillies & Mares Handicap – 02.00pm

A small but an open race and after going over the form thought should be good markets and it is with $5 the field. I have to go with the horse that has plenty of potential and that is No 1 Limerock $5. She usually needs a few runs and has that here and last start could have been a lot better as not a lot of luck. The claim is a big help and also back against her own sex all bonuses for me. I had a little go at her at better odds. No 2 Saint Angers $5 is another Moody horse also with a claim from the jockey. Obviously on breeding she has been a disappointment to date but she can run a decent race. Last start she was just outclassed. No 7 Maquina $6 (nom Wed) she is getting on in years but she can also run a decent race. Last start also out of her class but it was a much better run than it probably looks like on paper. She was wide a long way and threw a plate and need to respect. No 5 Mikeys Magic $6.50 for multiples.

Race 4 – 1200mtrs 3yo Fillies 0 – 72 Handicap – 02.40pm

After going over the form and videos I think No 1 The Fairy’s Kiss $3.10 and No 3 Reigning Lass $5 aren’t that far apart. I think the $1.90 difference is too much but have to wait and see as I am no bookie. TFK comes back in grade and up in weights and this is a bit of a worry for me. I do think she will go on and win the odd listed race here and there but this is going to be a tough race. RL seemed to really need those first few runs to find her feet. She has three wins in a row in much easier races but watching those runs she looks solid and the claim will help. She will lead and make them run her down. No 7 Vain Attraction $15 I am willing to give a chance after a last start failure. She just never looked settled but her debut win was not so bad. Multiples include No 5 Shadow West $9 and No 2 Florets $5.50.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Handicap – 03.20pm

I was surprised when I looked at the markets after going over the form as I think the favourite is too short. No 1 Avionics $6 she can carry the top weight and was a good run first up from the spell. If you watch the replay she got going too late but was striding out well late. Gibe the old girl a chance. No 1 Cat’s Pyjamas $3.20 from the top Kavanagh stable. She burst onto the scene with two wins and then went to the paddock and when she returned didn’t live up to expectations. Went to the paddock again and came back looking good. Three excellent runs and returns here from a long spell and just have to respect her as she has a lot of potential. No 7 Miss Elvee $7.50 is racing well and ran a good race here last start. I do think 1200mtrs stretches her though. For multiple players No 3 Fabulist $8.

Race 6 – 1600mtrs Handicap – 04.00pm

I rated No 6 Eraset $3.50 a good deal in front of the others here. I have already backed but at better odds and do think you will get a little better is you wait for markets to open. He is racing well and a very competitive weight. No 14 Scaredy Mac $9 (nom Sun) I think an excellent light weight chance carrying 50kgs. Watching his four runs this preparation cannot dismiss. No 9 Cosmic Causeway $4.60 they announced he was to be ridden forward and was, the speed was solid and this seemed to take too much out of him and the vet did say he had a slow recovery rate. He is more than handy and if Moody has him right a big threat. For multiples No 8 The Wingman $8.50 and No 4 La Rocket $13.

Race 7 – 2040mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 04.40pm

I think this is a weak stayers race and have a few roughies ahead of the shorter horses. No 15 Mr Lowndes $14 (nom Sun) is still a young horse learning and last start a decent win. This is a lot harder for sure but is light and could cause an upset. No 8 Sea Galleon $10 returned from a long spell and has put in three good runs. Surprised first up winning but was backed from $11 into $8 late. Last start was threatening and then the jockey lost the whip about 300mtrs out, give a chance. No 12 Fabriano $18 is light and has the runs under the belt here and should be working home late. No 4 Bellissimo $4.80 has hardly put a foot wrong of late but just cannot get across the line first. No 3 Elusive King $5 is a better horse than his 1 win record suggests.

Race 8 – 1000mtrs Handicap – 05.20pm

I am going to be going very wide here in my quadrella for sure with 7 choices it looks like. No 1 Definitely Ready $5.50 has come back from his throat operation very well. He can carry the weight and the trainer thinks this as has not engaged an apprentice. A very nice horse. No 10 Galbraith $21 when I saw these odds was a little shocked as he might be getting on but can still run a good race and is very light his last three runs not a lot has gone right for him. No 2 Canali $6.50 led a long way last start to just go down, my concern is the weight. No 4 Rocking Force $7.50 I liked the win last start but the weight will be too much I think here. No 3 Master Harry $4.60 I just dare you to not have him in your quaddie, he wasn’t right first up.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Friday 11th November 2011 Victoria Australia

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 1600mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 06.45pm

We start off with a small and weak race here. No 2 Our Pride And Joy $1.55 keep an eye on the track condition, the wetter it gets the better for this horse. He is already going to take a power of beating as the others don’t seem much chop. No 1 Snitza $3.40 is a good outsider to knock off the favourite here. This horse can run a very good race and back from the spell needed that run and will only be better for it. No 5 Oshkosh $15 (nom Tue) will lead this and give them something to chase down.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 07.15pm

No 6 Vettel
(nom Sun) on breeding have to respect and watch markets are they are going to be the best guide for this unseen colt. No 1 Cosmic Demon just cannot break through. Has hardly put a foot wrong but been unlucky at times. From this barrier a very good chance to get a lovely run and break the duck. No 8 Miss Camalach (nom Tue, Wed, Thur) give a chance as run back from the spell not so bad. No 2 Hermes (nom Thur) is another you just have to give a chance as hasn’t had a race where everything has gone right for him and last two starts solid. Moody’s runner No 11 Borsay (nom Sat, Sun, Wed,Thur) if starts markets will be the guide and he is sure to be better back from the spell and his only run not so bad.

Race 3 – 2040mtrs 3yo Fillies & Mares 0 – 82 Handicap – 07.45pm

After going over the form and watching videos it is hard to go past the favourite No 5 Shezaten $2.60. Going on last start will be giving this a huge shake. An outsider No 9 Kim Heaven $9 (nom Wed) is still a horse learning and didn’t finish too far off Brazilian Pulse last preparation and for sure the more distance to suit as well. No 1 Cold Steel Rein $3.60 even with the top weight must respect. Multiple players throw in No 10 Lunar Blonde $19 as she has been finding the line well of late.

Race 4 – 955mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares Handicap – 08.15pm

This will be a hot sprint. I am going to risk the favourite. No 2 Big Spirit $5.50 goes well here and being fresh and the 2kg claim all big bonuses and she will run a big race as always. No 5 Centexpress $10 was just outclassed last start, back in grade and the claim is going to make her very light and a good outsider for me. No 10 Lis Nediym $13 both runs back from the spell have been good and a little unlucky. Has really been hitting the post hard. No 1 Miss Octopussy $2.40 is the class horse for sure and the 3kg claim a big help and she can carry the 57kgs but I think she may just find this too short with this weight.

Race 5 – 2500mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 08.45pm
Again giving an outsider a chance over the very short favourite. No 3 Star Of Jeune $7.50 needs runs under the belt and she them here coming into this. A small field and out in distance all bonuses for me. No 1 Rialya $2 for sure will take some beating if you go over the form and videos. The 3kg claim means he will carry 56kgs and this is no worries but I do think he is unders. No 6 Palmero $4.80 scratched from an easier race yesterday at Bendigo and first up run in Australia was good and will only have benefited from it for sure. No 5 Stella Rose $5.50 is another you must keep safe in multiples. For value No 10 Morning Raid $23 last start in a much easier race but maybe breeding has finally shown through.

Race 6 – 1000mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 09.15pm

I really think Smerdon has a chance of a trifecta here if first emergency No 11 No Means Go $3.40 (nom Thur) gets a start. She is lightly raced but pretty handy and first up from the spell was a big run after getting away poorly, settled last and then held up for clear running on the bend before warming up too late. No 9 Side Splitter $11 back from a long spell and even though she is getting on in age she is at a good weight and will more than likely push across and lead here and give them something to chase down. No 10 Rockshaft $12 both runs back since being gleded have been average. He is obviously better than these and if you watch his Breeders Stakes win you can see that and just have to give a chance. No 5 Alpha Proxima $4.40 is racing well and the wetter it gets the better.

Race 7 – 1200mtrs 3yo 0 – 72 Handicap – 09.45pm

I think this is the best race on the card. No 1 Whitlam his first effort over the distance was a solid run and should have trained on since then. No 3 The Counterfeiter was in the same race and also a good run and can run a good 1200mtr race. No 9 Wind in his Hair jumps way up in class after an easy maiden win last start but did it easy and with class. No 4 Under The Sun is a ex NZ horse having its first Aussie start in the Waterhouse stable and did win his barrier trial well. No 8 Rescue Mission back in class but comes up against a few handy looking horses.

Race 8 – 1200mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 10.15pm

This is also going to be a very good race if you ask me. No 9 Tariana I like the look of this horse and watching some replays she will pick up the odd listed race here and there I think. She came back with a good win and wasn’t over stretched and she will be better and have tightened up since then as well. No 2 That’s Not It he has showed a bit of form his last two races and I think watching him he is not far off putting it all together. No 3 Freereturn cannot fault form and last start a strong leading win. No 4 Agrippa (nom Thur) should have won last start and the jockey had a poor ride. Here must respect. No 8 Miss Elvee (nom Thur) is no mug and if on her day a very good horse.

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips Friday 28th October 2011 Victoria Australia

Moonee Valley Horse Racing Tips

Race 1 – 1000mtrs 3yo & up Maiden Plate (set weights) – 06.45pm

A maiden to start the night off. It is a hard race so punters beware and watch markets carefully. First starters No 8 Splitzer, No 10 Roxit (nom Tue, Thur) are nicely bred and could sprint well first up. Of the raced lot No 2 Cosmic Demon (nom Tue) has a big chance to finally break his duck here and the change of jockey might be the omen. No 5 Observer across from Sydney and back from the spell. Should have matured a little more in the paddock and could be that bit stronger here as looks a nice horse. No 14 Wind In His Hair (nom Fri Stawell, Tue, Wed) if starts respect as had a good debut as was very green and brushed the running rail many times and will only be better.

Race 2 – 1600mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 82 Handicap – 07.15pm

A small field of girls here and will be a hard race and nothing really jumps out at me. No 2 Ky’s The Limit (nom Tue) looks like the one to beat on current form and a solid run on the pace last start but wasn’t quite up to that grade but a solid run. This is easier and will carry the weight. No 7 Storm Burst (nom Tue) has been disappointing and just hasn’t clicked into that next gear needed but you have to respect as very consistent. No 1 Royal Era (nom Tue) a kiwi horse that first up in Australia didn’t go so well but for sure will be better here. No 6 Oriental Ruby (nom Tue) drops back to the mile and should be around the finish.

Race 3 – 3000mtrs 0 – 89 Handicap – 07.45pm

I am going for an upset over the very short priced favourite. No 1 Montahlia $6.50 (nom Tue) if you know this horse you know he needs runs under the belt. Has them and also looks great I have heard and I am tipping him as an upset. No 2 Reuben Percival $1.75 (nom Tue) came across from Sydney and is in the Waterhouse stable and won well at Geelong. Looks like he should run this out but still a question mark over that. No 3 North Lodge $13 (nom Tue) returns to Victoria after two start in Tassie, last start was good and a chance for multiple players. No 8 Dell $21 (nom Tue) for multiple players.

Race 4 – 955mtrs Handicap – 08.15pm

This is going to be hotly contested for sure. No 1 Definitely Ready $3.90 even with the top weight is going to be hard to beat. He looks great and is running great sectionals I have heard. No 16 No Means Go $6 if the 4th emergency but if he gets a start you have to respect. He didn’t get a clear run first up and it was a good run and will be a chance. No 3 Waltzes $9.50 forget first up run back from the spell as not a lot went right and better than that. No 9 Alpha Proxima $6 loves the track and distance and will run his heart out.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 3yo Handicap – 08.45pm

No 2 rescue Mission $3.80
was outclassed last start, was still a good run but not up to that class. Will sit up on the pace and be hard to hold out. No 7 Gig $4.40 I have watched all her runs to date and she is nice and a chance here for me. The win at Seymour although the time not fast for this track it was the way she won. No 4 Revitalise $4.20 (nom Wed) is still a green horse and learning. A big drop in class from last start. No 8 Zhu Jiang $8 (nom Wed) for multiple players.

Race 6 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 82 Handicap – 09.15pm

No 4 Bellantina $3.80
Nikolic pushed her forward and she did too much early and weakened late but fought all the way. Not sure what he was thinking there as she definitely goes better just off the pace and running over the top of them as she should do here. No 1 Minnie Mah $3.50 (nom Thur) hardly ever puts a foot wrong and sure to be in this a long way. No 3 Barangaroo $4.40 first up will be a place chance. Value for multiple players No 2 Reverberates $13.

Race 7 – 2040mtrs 0 – 82 Handicap – 09.45pm

This is a tricky race and a few genuine chances for me. No 1 Testas Double $3.80 (nom Tue, Wed) was just outclassed last start, this is easier and will be a threat. No 5 Cheronbutch $5.50 (nom Tue, Wed) is having his first start at 2000mtrs but on last start should run it out as a good win. No 6 Savoy $3 (nom Tue, Wed) for sure a big chance as was unlucky against Testas Double last start, meets him 2.5kgs better so should be favourite. No 3 Mr O’Ceirin $8.50 the ex kiwi horse has two wins in a row and a chance for a third.

Race 8 – 1600mtrs 0 – 78 Handicap – 10.15pm

No 5 Fawkner $3.20
(nom Tue, Wed, Thur) if starts here will be hard to beat for me. He looks a nice horse and first up just forget the run. Has been in work a while and will be fit and ready to go. No 6 Musical Hit $8.50 was doing best work too late last start and should be better for that run. No 9 Resetable $6.50 (nom Tue, Thur) will be better for his first up run from the spell. First emergency No 13 Con Act $8 gets a start keep safe in multiples.

Possible quadrellas for the night.

2,4,7 / 1,3,4 / 2,3,5,6,7 / 5 for a cost of $45 for a full unit.

2,7 / 1,4 / 2,3,5,6,7 / 5 for a cost of $20 a full unit.

2,4,7 / 1,3,4 / 2,3,5,6,7,9 / 5,6,8 for a cost of $162 a full unit.
