Caulfield Horse Racing Tips Wednesday 14th December 2011 Victoria Australia

I am a professional punter living outside Australia. I punt for a living and for years been helping my mates out with my tips. I have friends on the inside and a professional at reading form.

I watch 100’s of videos each week to pick my winners. I only bet on Victorian races. At times when Victorian horses are interstate I will offer tips at those meetings. I have decided to share my tips, hopefully to help the normal punter win a few bucks on the weekend.

Remember, never bet more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is a problem contact professional help in your state, city or country. Victoria Horse Racing supports responsible gambling initiatives. Good luck if having a punt and remember to gamble responsibly.

Caulfield Horse Racing Tips Victoria Australia

Race 1 – 2000mtrs 3yo 0 – 78 Handicap – 01.35pm

This isn’t a strong 3yo race. No 1 Bartholemew won well last start and looked much better than on debut. Found the line well and the blinkers really seemed to switch him on. Was wide from around the 600mtr mark but found the line well. No 2 Samsili surprised first up with a decent win back from the spell. Did hit the line well but the extra weight will be a test. No 3 De Triomphe just give a chance stepping out to this distance for the first time, I think he will run it out watching his races.

Race 2 – 1200mtrs 3yo & up Fillies & Mares 0 – 89 Handicap – 02.10pm

A small field with the scratchings. No 1 Cat’s Pyjamas $2.60 returned from the spell and disappointed. Led but stayed well away from the fence as apparently the stable thought the rail was off. I have already backed at better odds and she has firmed. It cost the horse but must respect as more than handy. No 3 Volando $5 first up from the spell and the claim a big help. First up she can run more than a decent race and is a lot easier than what she had been going around in. No 6 Princess Maggie $6 at this weight must respect. First up from the spell the heavy didn’t seem to suit. This is about Nikolic’s limit the 53 as getting very light. No 2 Psychologist $4.60 the easiest way to describe this horse is frustrating. She has talent but hard to follow.

Race 3 – 1440mtrs 4yo & up Mares 0 - 82 Handicap – 02.45pm

Another small field of girls and I have had a nice each-way bet on No 3 Tariana $5.50. The big question is can she run the distance out. Last start I don’t think handled the heavy going. At MV did too much work in front and set herself up to be run down but fought hard. I would love to see her ridden for a cart into the race. No 2 She’s Gifted $3.80 you got back to her form in February and March and have to respect. First couple of runs from the freshen up have been promising for sure. No 1 Our Spirits Bay $3 has looked much improved this preparation but even with the claim this will test if starts. No 5 Champagne Love $11 the stable took advantage of leading last start as there were no genuine leaders and paid off with a good win.

Race 4 – 1440mtrs 0 - 78 Handicap – 03.20pm

No 2 Giresun $4.60
a better effort last start. Carries the same weight here and if produces the same effort a big chance. No 1 Dane The Rave $15 I do think we have seen his best days but is still capable of a good race. Second up from the spell could have been closer with some luck. No 11 Eternal Sunshine all three runs this preparation have been good and last start raced wide from the 700mtrs on but fought hard to the line. No 4 Adam’s Bell $4.40 drops weight and steps out in distance and both bonuses for me.

Race 5 – 1200mtrs 0 – 68 Handicap – 04.00pm

A hard race to start the quaddie off on. There are plenty with a claim here and should be decent odds on offer. No 7 Big Bear Rock a good first up effort in Victoria chasing tear away leader and stuck on after hard run. No 4 Any Dream Will Do a decent first up run from the spell as was away poorly and over raced early. Made contact shifting out to get clear running but flattened out late. No 11 Attivita if starts keep an eye on markets as I do like her. She is lightly raced and goes alright fresh. No 13 Glamour Rock and No 14 Fancy Pants if they get starts need to respect and watch markets.

Race 6 – 1800mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 04.40pm

A really tough race but good for the punters with decent odds on offer. A handful of chances in this small field and not a lot between them. No 3 Mr Consolidator $6.50 is racing well, can carry the weight and does have another gear and if gets a nice cart will be hard to hard out. No 10 Slippery Satin two very good runs back from the spell and a little break and should be fresh and full of beans here. No 11 Power O’Raylee $6 can lead or sit but I think better if they ride her quietly and at this weight would be hard to hold out. No 7 Chaparall $6 and No 5 Commanding Time $6 are not without chances.

Race 7 – 1000mtrs 0 – 72 Handicap – 05.20pm

If No 12 Observer
starts here he will be short and a standout for your quaddie. Is racing very well and even first up run lead a long way and had a heap of pressure but fought hard and then absolutely smashed them at Bendigo. No 9 Lone Star returning from a good first preparation sure to have matured in the paddock. No 4 Wordmaster another first up and should go well fresh but the weight will test. No 8 Huon Cry for multiple players as Geelong win on Victorian debut was okay before failing and being put away.
